For the age of the building it was in good shape and clean over allim happy, unfortunately the shower did not get hot enough and the hot water didnt last long could be the faucet or the heat. As the facet was difficult to turn. I will stay there again

We checked in some empry water bottles in our room and then cable didnt work as well so wasnt the best stay but convenient for my family

Older building that the rooms have been totally remodeled and very good detail given to what is needed for a comfortable stay. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

The moment we entered the room it has bed bugs and we traveled 2 hours from the island and it is very bad experience. We wasted gas and driving and had to return to the Nanaimo to get an another stay .. very bad has big bugs all over the. Bed

We were very pleasantly surprised!! Fantastic renovations of the room. Clean, safe and beds were so comfortable. Delicious Japanese restaurant on site. Great option for Port Alberni!

Although in the centre of the south of Vancouver island, Port Alberni really is a port. Vancouver Island is big, beautiful and quite remote, especially given that it's so close to the city of Vancouver.
The property is a fairly typical motel, clean and comfortable and designed for a car user. Which is just as well as while I did see some bus stops in town, i can't imagine how you would get there by public transport.

Very well kept and quiet area. Only gripe is the water pressure for the bathtub was pretty weak. Very much enjoyed our stay though! First time stay but wont be the last!
