卡利梅拉拉麗莎高級飯店及水上樂園

Wir waren in der Nebensaison da für drei Wochen. Barrierefrei Wege, schöne moderne Zimmer. Wir haben uns vorher informiert und wussten, dass gegen Ende viele Geschäfte zuhaben, aber dieses war für uns klar und vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hotel bieten mit dem leckeren, kulinarischen und abwechslungsreichen Buffet eine gute Auswahl. Ein Kiosk im Hotel gibt es, mit allen Sachen die man im Alltag braucht. Die Animateure sind der absolute Hammer so lieb und nett und freundlich. Am Abend ein super schönes selbst ausgedachtes Programm. Eine Bus Verbindung geht in der Nebensaison zweimal am Tag nach Varna sehr preiswert und eine gute Möglichkeit um die Schöne und alte Geschichtsvolle Stadt zu besichtigen. Das Essen war immer warm. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, mit deutsch und englisch kann einem hier immer geholfen werden bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Reinigung war eigentlich jeden Tag.Natürlich keine groß Reinigung. Es sind keine 4 Sterne, eher 2-3. Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.Essen war ausreichend, keiner musste Hungern.Aber Besteck war sehr RAR. Meistens das selbe Essen, ab und an mal 1 Gericht was anderes. Manchmal sehr Fad. Was mich am meisten störte ,dass die Hygiene nicht stimmt. Es gibt Menschen, die richtig ekelhaft sind, probieren direkt von der Kelle und legen das wieder rein bzw tatschen ihre Finger rein. Pfui richtig ekelhaft. Manche Besucher hatten Magen Darm, einer meiner Kinder leider auch. Ob dies vom Essen kam , ist nicht hundertprozentig. Aber lieber Vorsicht walten. Pool waren ok. Aber viel zu wenig Clor meiner Meinung. Strand sehr schön. Strandbar, naja, Essen gab es NUR von 12:30-14:30. Punkt 14:30 wurde alles abgedeckt und weggeräumt, es gab da kein Essen mehr. Getränke durfte man nur dort trinken,man kam nicht raus. Animation ja Sport am 1 Pool. Abends tote Hose, nur an der Bar etwas aktion aber ewig anstehen um Getränke zu holen. 1 Abend gab es ne eine Pool Party, denke jeden Sonntag ‍♀️ sonst langweilig. Irgendwie gab es auch nicht viel zu sehen in Albena, haben uns irgendwie mehr versprochen.

Stayed at the Ralitsa superior for a week at the end of season, and superior it was not! The hotel itself is spacious, clean and very peaceful. Bar and restaurant staff were pleasant, which is more than can be said for the reception staff! I arrived late at night and the receptionist checked me in quickly, having to email my booking information myself to the hotel so she could copy and paste it onto the system. Provided me with a snack as the restaurant was closed, which consisted of cheese and meats. Very much appreciated after a long journey. When I got to my room on the 6th floor, it was infested with stink bugs including in my bed! I went back down to complain to be told it's normal. Keep the door shut! The following 2 nights I didn't sleep well as the bugs kept flying around the room. Air con was set to 23°c so couldn't cool the room down. Food was very repetitive, what you had for lunch, was the main in the evening. Wine in the barrell tasted very watered down and stale. My booking said that as it was out of season, the aqua park would be closed. Which was fine, but everything was closed. No shops, restaurants or bars in town, no entertainment at the hotel, no spa and the indoor swimming pool was open twice . Walk to the beach was 5 mins, but even there, everything was closed and no sunbeds as allocated with the booking. 4* is definitely overrated for this place and I wouldn't call it superior either.

This hotel is both clean and comfortable. Food is varied, although not always hot. Family orientated, but I found little to do in the evening. Be very mindful of the 3 hr journey from the airport, should you have young kids with you. Best place is the beach ⛱️

The travel agency sold us rooms with the name: Superior Sector K in this place. We didn't even think about the hell we were going to go through on our so-called vacation. The hotel is classified 4 stars and it was explained to us that we actually booked economy/budget rooms. According to international standards, rooms of this type are, and I quote: "they have the same facilities as standard rooms, but they can be located on the ground floor or in disadvantaged areas of the hotel, with a smaller area and/or without a balcony." We received rooms that could not even be classified as 2 stars, without refrigerator, hair dryer with a tiny bathroom, dirty, smelly, like we used to see in the 90s. I noticed with amazement after 2 days that they did not come to clean, they only emptied the trash bin in the room without changing towels or using a mop. Good, I understood that I booked and received economy and non-renovated rooms, but still I was in a 4-star complex, not in a student dormitory. The services provided were supposed to be ultra all inclusive and we have a contract where it was stipulated that we would receive beach towels. When we got there they said we would have to pay 2 leva for the towel and every time we needed to change it+ a cash deposit They argued that the policy changed as per new government regulations in Albena. We said ok, we will abide by it but at the beach we spoke with another tourist that booked a standard room and received beach cards for towels for free!!! We were lied to, treated as possible offenders for a difference of only 20 eur per room per night! It is unacceptable for tourists to be treated with such distain and indifference and we will make this situation known on all possible forums!

I recently stayed at the Calimera Ralitsa Superior and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the aqua park, which was a fantastic treat for our child. The park had numerous slides and water features that kept the kids entertained for hours. One of the most convenient aspects was the shuttle bus service to the beach. Not only was the bus service free, but so were the sunbeds, which made our beach days incredibly relaxing and stress-free. Additionally, I must commend Evgeni, the general manager. He was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way to ensure all guests had a pleasant stay. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out and contributed greatly to our overall experience. I highly recommend Calimera Ralitsa Superior for families looking for a fun and convenient vacation spot.
