For the first time we returned after a holiday disappointed. The hotel was the worst we have ever been in. To prove my words, I added photos of the room. During the week the room was cleaned once and it was not wet cleaning. Change of linen was also one per week. In addition to the hotel, the restaurant also disappointed us. The food was very monotonous and poor. Words of gratitude only to the young girls to the waiters who tried to be as friendly as possible and to the animators who created the mood not only for the children, but for all the guests of the hotel. The hotel staff at the reception are most unprofessional and unpleasant in communication. We try to quickly forget this trip. And in the near future Bulgaria will not be on the list of countries to visit.

Our stay in the hotel Malibu was very enjoyable and full of fun. There are plenty options of animation program like jenga, water gymnastic, water polo, darts etc., as well as program for kids. Tsetso and the rest of the team put their soul into the work and make sure you are not bored and have many options of activities. All the staff on bars, Zdravko, Vasil, Romyna and the lady on the pool bar are always happy to prepare drinks for you and provide the best possible service. The lifeguard is not leaving his pool without his eyes on the safety of all the visitors and making sure everybody has the most comfortable time. Rooms and the whole resort was always clean and tidy thanks to smiley cleaning ladies. Highly recommended if you are looking for peaceful and relaxing holiday.

It was a really really nice stay. The hotel is clean and very close to the sea. Food is very good. The animation crew is amazing, they gave us a really fun time. I will recommend this place to everyone.

This year everything is not so perfect that one year before. Main problem - food in restaurant. The new master chef no one time going to check what happen. This yearbfood ia not so tasty and delicious and good prepare as last year from master chef Denka. The non-bulgarian stuff of restaurant take a food directly in front of tourists that wait to take their breakfast, lunch or dinner. And no one (manager of restaurant, supervisor or cooker) told them something. Also this year the hygiene in restaurant is not good. Cleaning must be very important and this time it is not ot high level. Manager of restaurant Ms. Cherneva have not good behavior to tourists. When you want to ask something you can meet an angry face. But all this bad sensations are compensated from stuff in hotel part. The manager Petya Dimitrova is brilliant to take best stuff. Everyone is with perfect smile and can make you to forget bad taste from restaurant and food. Room is perfect clean every day. Behavior from reception and lobby bar is more than great. And I can say one more big THANK YOU to all stuff from animation team ... All this young boys and girls are really super in their work. And they are really professional. So my assessments this summer are: Hotel - 10/10 Hotel managment - 10/10 Rrception -10/10 Animation - 10/10 Lobby bar - 10/10 Food - 1/10 Restaurant - 5/10 Restaurant managment - 3/10

The hotel was great. I was there for a second time. I really enjoyed my stay :)) The animation is really nice, they are doing great job. I loved jambo mambo. I would love to come here again in the future.

I want to tell you a story about my holiday in Albena. On my first day I come at the hotel and I was really bored because I didn't know what to do. I went to the beach, had a little walk but that didn't really help my boredom. When I came back to the hotel I stayed by the pool and I met the amazing entertainment team. They were filled with energy and they basically made my whole mood. We danced, played games and even the kids were having so much fun at the kids club there! I think they had Pirates day and all of them had these really cool hats. Honestly I think that it was my best experience I've had on a holiday. The animators make sure we're taking part it every activity and not just sit around and do nothing. I would definitely come back!
