overall difficult experience Although we received a confirmation from vrbo, the property manager had no record of our reservation. He went the extra mile to make sure we had another place in the same building to stay, but the platform is unreliable. On top of that, the hot water went out in the unit we did manage to check into. All in all, not worth the headache at all.
