オークランドからバス一本で行けますが、忙しい都会の喧騒から離れてゆっくりと過ごすことができました。パブリックスペースはとても広く、芝生でくつろいだりテラスで心地よい風を浴びながら本を読んだりと、素敵な時間を過ごすことができます。ホストも親切で話しかけやすい雰囲気の人です。私はタイミングがなかったですが、自由参加のヨガ教室があるそうなので、また機会があれば参加してみたいです。

It was a great stay. The place is an oasis in the big smoke. Was very nice park like accommodation. The people were friendly and was very welcoming. The pool and was great and the yoga classes were awesome. The glowworms were magical. the only downside was that the fire alarm went off twice in our 3 days stay. The first one was at 1:30am... not much fun.... there was no communication and we found out the next morning that the fire alarm goes off all the time and no one takes any notice anymore!! we were not impressed by that but apart from that it was a nice stay and we will go there again.

Room good. Warm. Dodgy locks. Have to walk over a wooden ramp to get to toilets. Showers hot but bathrooms not especially clean- more campsite quality. Very convenient to Albany. Peaceful and good kitchen facilities.

Le lieu en soi est très sympa au milieu de zone verte , l’hôtel en terme qualité prix ça passe mais vraiment pas plus que trois nuit grand maxi vu qu’il n’y a aucun service, ménage restauration , ils te donnent la clé de ta chambre et tu vois personne jusqu’à le jour ou te déposes la clé ..

The attractive location hardly made up for the poorly appointed room (cramped, noisy fridge in bedroom, no soap) and grubby kitchenette. The management was wholly absent for our duration though we arrived c. 4.00 pm and left at 10.00 am. Considering the cost, it was an altogether disappointing experience.

Beautiful calm place not too far away from the city. Very friendly staff hosting amazing events and classes.

Check in was closed even though we arrived during the day. The voice mail we received about the code to open the box with our key, gave us the wrong code. We finally were able to open the locked box, with the help of others. No one answered phone at number posted for contact with entry problems. Nice place, but the care with which checkin is done needs a lot of improvement.

Friendly mellow quiet atmosphere set in nature. Hygiene standards need to be drastically improved. Bathrooms ok. The guest kitchen stank, was never cleaned the 4 nights I was there. It was extremely filthy when I arrived and left. The main lounge area syank of dead animal. I kid you not. While sitting waiting for my taxi, staff or volunteers ? rearranged furniture with no consideration for me or another guest. We were make to feel we, THE GUESTS, were in the way. Amusing because the end result was worse than the original furniture arrangement ie the coffe table was out of guests reach while sitting on sofa. Rooms are spartan and basic and what I would have expected for $55 a night. Bed was comfortable. Room needed far more wall hooks and shelves for storage. When I arrived the handle and locking mechanism on the one and only door was loose and fell off completely!!!! Leonne, the receptionist, was always very helpful and moved me to a larger room with a secure door lock. She deserves a lot of credit and perks. She is an outstanding worker. Beware - the wonderful very large pools are treated with copper sulphate which tastes bad and leaves a film on teeth. The 2nd time I swam there I almost felt nauscious. Was warned to rinse off because copper sulphate will leave a light green tint on blonde hair. Highly recommend Lindee the massage therapist. Lovely friendly, very nuturing and skilled. Isaac the barrista is friendly and makes great juices. Truly a mixed review!
