This property is the entire left side of a town home. The apartment is centrally located. This Historical 100 yrs house has been completely top to bottom revived! Everything is is new, modernized and soothing! In the heart of Albany's historic district. Take a stroll, enjoy the open floor plan, or sit out on the large front porch. 3 levels. The main floor is living space, full bath and fully stocked Kitchen, dining area, washer dryer. The upstairs hosts 3 bedroom and a full bath. Both the main floor and the upstairs have air conditioning. Lower level is the Boutique apt., 2 bedrooms 1 bath. 5 bedrooms 3 full baths in total. Approx. 2500 sq ft. in total. Just blocks from Albany's downtown district , Antique mall, with 100's of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, Historical Carousel and Museum This property is easy to get to, 10 min to I-5. You will enter the left side, which is numbered 120 and Boutique lower level to the left bottom unit. Both will have keypads to enter the units. Once you entered, we ask all shoes be removed, to keep spaces cleanly and pets have their feet wiped down at entrance. We will provide, doggy towels so their feet can be cleansed. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. We can offer references to local business's and services you may need while staying. LBCC and OSU student, staff and faculty; HP employees; and Samaritan Health Services employees ride free with official ID. Monthly Pass: Adults (age 18 and older) - $30 Senior (age 60 and older) / Disabled / Youth (age 6 through 17) - $15 Good for unlimited, non-continuous rides for one month. If you wish to reserve the driveway, you can request it at $5/day. Other there is ample street parking. We are able to keep our cleaning fees low , because we have AWESOME guests who pick up after themselves, wash up their dishes and don’t stain bedding and carpets . Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. WE aim to give you a 5 star stay. Pet Policy: *NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) IN THE BOUTIQUE UNIT DOWNSTAIRS We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. Enhance your stay today!
