Great stay! No complaints. I love the Ray Charles tribute park across the street. Soooo cool! 😎

Staff was excellent. Food was great, except for those sweet pickles on the burger, sweet pickles….. really?

Property sent an email requiring e check in with asked for time of arrival and room was not ready for arrival

We liked the location as we were attending a show at the Civic Center. We were given an accessible room, which was right behind the elevators. You could hear them constantly. The sheets & towels did not feel fresh & crisp. The shower head in the accessible shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The lights were all a very yellow color and the bedside lamp light was so dull you couldn’t tell it was on.

Front desk check in took forever when it was known that you would have several checking in late. Hotel room was clean but did have a musty smell. Very convenient for a downtown event. We appreciated the grab and go snacks set out early morning for those doing the road race. Nice touch!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was great, super friendly and helpful.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Ann who runs the dining/bar is the best. Will definitely be staying there for all my upcoming business travel.

The location is great. Here are the issues I had with my sta —Hot water: While taking a shower the hot water was alternating from warm to SCALDING. This was very disappointing and dangerous and should be fixed immediately. —Parking: There is a daily parking fee but most of the parking spaces are on the street. Completely unprotected and away from the hotel.

Nice property near the PP Hospital. Staff was very accommodating. Room clean & comfortable.

At my arrival to desk clerks, maybe in training one was very nice the other one what was training her maybe trying her maybe the maybe she was a manager stuck up attitude service was nice room tiles dirty in the bathroom she smelly carpet dirty overall we may do and we’re comfortable. I love for $200 past shoes in my room I called the hotel never received a call back from housekeeping no way, saying yes or no did they find them but again we made ourselves comfortable and we’re very happy and please until I realize my shoes were left in the room after my stay

THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY IN MY ROOM.

The food was very good and the waiters was very nice and went over and beyond.

Im dont sleep all night....air a/c soo loud and make some strange noises all night
