I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

Bof Une chambre qui semblait agréable au premier regard mais qui c’est avérée très bruyante en début de nuit, que se soit le bruit des véhicules dans la cour, la climatisation même en mode silencieux et surtout le système de ventilation de cuisine de 9h à 22h40 juste au dessus de la chambre 109. Pour le reste bon accueil, petit déjeuner moyen.

Siamo stati qui una notte di passaggio per poi prendere la barca. La posizione è ottima. Siamo andati a piedi a tagliare i capelli e fare un giro al mercato , abbiamo preso un tuk tuk per andare al mare a cena e ritorno. Colazione sotto la media ma cosa pretendere per il prezzo. Abbiamo preso la camera grande e speso sotto i 40 Euro.

スタッフがフレンドリーです スタッフの笑顔とサービスが素晴らしかったです。それだけで充分居心地は良いうえに、部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。ペットボトルのお水はリクエストすればいつでも持ってきてくれるしお部屋でコーヒー、紅茶が飲めるのも良かったです。朝食はカレー2種、主食のチャパティのようなもの3種、食パンにオムレツ、ゆで*、パイナップルなど、どれも美味しかったです。 2泊目から体調がすぐれなかったのですが、レセプションに相談したら薬を出してくれました。これがとてもよく効いて本当にありがたかったです。 お部屋の広さについてですが、一番小さな部屋は日本のビジネスホテルのようにコンパクトで使いやすそうでした。ワンランク上のお部屋は広くてさらに快適だったのでおすすめですよ

Une bonne localisation, un accueil tres bien, l'anglais n'est pas tres bons pour tous mais la communication passe quand meme ! La chambre deluxe etait spacieuse, le lit confortable, la salle de bain parfaite... seul bemol : la chasse d'eau qui ne vide rien.... plusieurs fois pour reparer mais rien n'y a fait ! Le petit dejeuner n'est pas terrible du tout, pas beaucoup de choix et les horaires sont courts !! Nous avons prefere ne pas prendre les petits dejeuner finalement.. Le room service n'est pas genial, plusieurs appels pour se faire comprendre et plusieurs allers-retours en bas pour leur expliquer ... La nourriture du soir est tres sympas, une bonne ambiance et des prix raisonnables Petit + pour le sticky toffee !!!

Etablissement moderne et agréable du centre ville, bon accueil, j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit une place, vraiment à l'étroit comme à Tokyo...Sinon bouilloire, pas de coffre, ni de frigo, salle de bain moderne avec douche. Buffet petit déjeuner inclus correct, restaurant "haut de gamme" multicuisine dans l'établissement, savoureux et petits prix ! Bon rapport qualité prix.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel, which is ideally located in the city centre, making travel and shopping very convenient. The staff attitude was excellent; everyone was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was well maintained throughout our stay. The buffet offered a good variety of tasty dishes, and the restaurant ambience was calm and welcoming. The Ayurvedic spa experience was relaxing and professionally managed, adding great value to the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and a good choice for both leisure and business travelers.

We had a suite, it was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge our devices. We had a couple of issues: the bathroom had a bit of unpleasant odor and the shower water never got hot enough the next morning, while it was fine the day we checked in. Check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Front desk answered all our questions satisfactorily. The included breakfast was adequate.
