克列奧帕特拉賽琳飯店(Kleopatra Celine Hotel)

Отдыхали в отеле 18 дней. Всё очень понравилось: удачная локация - 20 минут пешком до центра, пляж через дорогу, широкий. Позитивный, дружелюбный и готовый помочь по всем вопросам персонал. Можно общаться на русском и английском языках. В номере уютно, находиться комфортно, уборка проводится аккуратно. Сейф есть в номере, им можно пользоваться за отдельную плату 2€ в день. Питание разнообразное, большой выбор мясных продуктов и гарниров, фруктов, зелени, овощей. Кофе вкусный. Каждый день номер обеспечивается 1,5 литровой бутылкой воды. В номере есть электрочайник ( ни разу им не пользовались, т.к. всего больше, чем достаточно.). Кусочек моря видно из окна каждого номера и очень замечательно засыпать под шум прибоя. Уезжать не хочется. Очень рекомендую для отдыха семейного и самостоятельного.

Были в отеле в сентябре 2023, поверили в положительные отзывы. Территории практически нет, один маленький бассейн, вода в нем не прогревается и всегда остаётся холодной. Столовая не соответствует фотографиям, посадочных мест очень мало. Еда однообразная и очень маленький выбор блюд, фруктов нет. Вне завтрака, обеда и ужина что-то съесть не получиться. Принесли сладкое в 16-00, это два типа сухих печеньев, которые в 16-30 спрятали, но если по-честному, их можно не прятать - их вкус и качество оставляют желать лучшего. Так называемый бар представляет из себя унылое зрелище, и бармен постоянно отсутствует. Номер маленький, но внутри все работает. Питьевой воды в номере не было, и в самом отеле непонятно где взять питьевую воду. Пляж песок, но заход в вводу скользкие плиты с большими щелями, можно сломать ногу при заходе в воду. Персоналу на отдыхающих откровенно плевать, кто то постоянно ходит по этажу и разговаривает так что это очень хорошо слышно в номере. Тащить сумки нужно самому так как обслуживающий персонал очень занят. Лифт очень маленький, два человека и один чемодан уже не помещаются. Я не могу понять кто может поставить этой гостинице оценку больше 0. Отвратительная гостиница, отдых окончательно испорчен.

Отдыхал с 21 по 27 мая 2023 года. Очень хороший отель, когда-то имел 4 звёзды, сейчас ***. Бронировал на "Островке" сильно заранее, 3 000 рублей в сутки на "all". При бронировании в мае цена была порядка 5 000 рублей за сутки. Соотношение "цена-качество" идеальное, своих денег однозначно стоит. Расположен в конце пляжа "Клеопатра". Рядом автовокзал, ещё ближе - остановка городских автобусов. Был в отеле в районе 12.30, заселили сразу. Номер 301, фактически 4-й этаж, лобби - на нулевом. Номер не очень большой, неправильной формы, но очень функциональный. Тесно не было. Вид с балкона - обещанный частичный "вид на море". Балкон небольшой, узкий, 2 стула, столик на него не поместился бы. Сушилка для белья с 3-мя перекладинами. Долго наслаждаться видом на море не получиться, но понять, что твориться на море, выйдя на балкон - можно. Питание - очень качественное. Хороший набор фруктов, всегда: арбуз, дыня, яблоки, груши, грейпфрут Периодически: бананы, киви. Начала завтрака - в 8.00, что для меня поздно. Из-за позднего времени завтрака не стал заморачиваться с экскурсиями, не хотелось ехать голодным. Основной контингент - немцы, пожилые и среднего возраста. Есть поляки. Русских немного, все приличные, трудно выделить в общей массе отдыхающих. Никакой дискриминации в обслуживании и отношении нет, персонал услужлив и предупредителен. Все напитки - в стекле. Вход в номер - электронный ключ. Напечатано предупреждение, что в 12.00 дня окончания отдыха код доступа меняется, чтобы не выковыривает из номеров подзадержавшихся гостей. Пляж - Клеопатра N 22, в розовых тонах (но без ЛГБТ - шутка). Пляжные полотенца - в отеле, под залог 10 долларов/евро. Плита на входе в море есть, но зайти в море без аквашузов легко (если не штормит). Бичбои - услужливые, но борзоватые. В последний день зажилили сдачу за лежак. Обещанной отелем скидки для клиентов за лежаки и зонтики нет, выяснять в отеле не стал. Рядом с пляжем - площадка для приземления параглайдеров. Один раз, когда плавал в море, тандем параглайдеров, не рассчитав, приземлился на соседние лежаки, чуть зацепив мой. Подумал, что все, конец очкам, которые я снял перед купанием и оставил на лежаке, но все обошлось. Посмеялись, помогли выпутать парашют из зонтиков, и разошлись. Погода в третьей декаде мая 2023 - переменчивая, примерно половина дней была паcмурная, был один дневной и один ночной дождь. Температура воды в море +22 +23. Задержалась как-то весна в этом году. Недостатки: 1. Уже отмеченное мною позднее начало завтрака. Лучше бы он начинался хотя бы в 7.30. Но такой в отеле основной контингент - поздно ложится и поздно встаёт. 2. Шумновато от ресторана, который расположен за последним в ряду отелей отелем "Melissa".

Öncelikle her şey için teşekkür ederim. Otel binasını görünce küçük gibi dursa da eldeki imkanları zorlayıp çok kaliteli bir hizmet anlayışıyla yönetiliyor. Tüm çalışanlar çok profesyonel. Mustafa Bey hem çok iyi bir profesyonel hem çok neşeli bir insan. Bir çok konuda yardımcı oldu. Otelin yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetli, bar ***et yeterli. Otel çok temiz. Havuz biraz küçük ama otelin kapasitesine göre yeterli. Çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha Alanya'ya gelirsem yine Celine hotelde kalırım. İyi çalışmalar, tüm çalışanlara sevgiler.

the hotel was super clean and nice. Staff members were helpfull and the food at the buffet was super good. The location is also amazing since the hotel is just next to the beach. We had nice time at the hotel and we will come back for sure. We wanna thank you especially Bekir and Hilpi for your good service.

The hotel deserves 3 stars. It is located at the end of Cleopatra Beach, almost at the exit of the city towards Antalya, and it's about 2 km to the Damlatas Cave at the other end of the beach. The street by the hotel is one-way, and it's quite a distance to the nearest bus stop, so if you don't like walking, choose another hotel. To get to the beach from the hotel, you just need to cross the street. The rooms in the hotel are of a good standard and clean. I rate the cleaning service as good. Overall, the hotel staff is helpful, but they sometimes make mistakes, like waking me up in the middle of the night because they confused rooms. The food is typical buffet style, not of very high quality, and not very healthy (e.g., only processed cold cuts, white bread only, instant coffee, only chemical drinks), but apart from that, everyone can find something for themselves, although nothing extraordinary. If you want to try traditional Turkish cuisine, I recommend going to a restaurant. What bothered me a lot is the tolerance of smoking on the hotel premises. If you don't like tobacco smoke, you won't find a place on the terrace and in the buffet. You can even smell the smoke in the rooms. I'm afraid it's the same in other hotels and bars in Alanya, as I had the opportunity to observe. For this reason, I don't recommend the hotel for families with children. Moreover, the hotel does not organize entertainment for children, does not provide a children's menu, and the hotel pool is small. There are clubs and restaurants around the hotel, and it gets noisy until late at night, and the hotel windows don't provide much sound insulation. When it finally gets quiet, you can even hear the sound of the waves through the windows. The hotel is a decent base for exploring Alanya and its surroundings. If you want to spend most of your time at the hotel, I recommend choosing a hotel with a higher standard and a wider range of attractions.

This hotel turned out to be quite a hidden gem. Located in the quiet neighbourhood, minute away from the beach (just across the street) it has all one couple needs for a relaxing vacation. Room was, although not too spacious, quite nicely furnished, had an amazingly comfy bed and proper AC, with big enough bathroom and large shower cabin. Cleaning was simply superb. Restaurant was quite good, with food being a bit monotonous for breakfast (but ample and tasty), while for lunch and especially for dinner it was very rich, both in terms of flavour and variety. At least three or four meat dishes, and quite often fish as well, accompanied by many sauces and sallads, hearty soup, with tasty variety of cakes for dessert. Service at the restaurant and bar was very good and staff were very kind and polite. All inclusive concept was fair and as expected. Beach no.22 was just in front of the hotel and it had the best guys working there, amazing in every way (they even make sure you're in constant shade if you want to be, by putting two parasols instead of one and placing them in the best position around you throughout a day, at least three or four times, just as the sun moves), but the drawback was that the entrance to the sea was hindered by those infamous 'stone plates' which were quite slipery. However, some 200m down the beach towards the city center (at the beach 19) entrance to the sea is sandy as the beach itself and much easier to enter. Finally, as for the city center and marina, you'll be rellatively far from them, some three kilometers, but you'll be able to have nice stroll towards them (some 40-50 minutes of easy walking) if you choose to, but you can allways take the bus number 1 and be at the bazzar in some 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Bus stop is some 5 minutes walking from the hotel. All in all, definatelly a hotel to recommend, trully a hidden gem.

We stayed here for a week in July 2022. The hotel is OK. It’s modern and clean which is great. It’s all inclusive but the food wasn’t up to standard. We didn’t eat dinner here once only breakfast and lunch. Dinners were lots of meat stews and I’m vegetarian. The drinks weren’t great either. There is a poor selection only iced tea, Coke, Fanta, Efes beer, Vodka, Gin and Raki. Soft drinks are poured out of big warm bottles so they were always flat. And there are 2 bars one at poolside and one at front of hotel but they were never open at the same time. So if you’re by the pool and it was mealtime you would have to wait until pool bar opens or walk around the front to get a drink. No cocktails are included and one night we asked to pay for some but the chef wasn’t in to make them? Also Turkish coffee is an extra service which also wasn’t available. Rooms were clean and modern. There’s a lack of toiletry space in the bathroom. No shower shelf for things so that got quite annoying. Bed was quite uncomfy but the aircon was good. Staff there was 1 bar staff called Bilal who was amazing. He was so nice and friendly and took time to speak to us every day. There was also a young lady on reception I didn’t get her name but she was really lovely giving us recommendations and stuff. Some of the other staff we found quite rude and not friendly. The beach is opposite it’s great. £5 for 2 beds and umbrella hire. You can also hire a paddling pool at the beach with 2 chairs for £25. Theres a few bars down that road for cocktails but they are expensive £7-£11 per cocktail!! and also a Migros supermarket a few minute walk away. Town centre is around 8 minute cab drive which costs 50-100 Turkish lira. We did enjoy ourselves but we wouldn’t return here.
