The location is excellent! Room was clean and tidy, but there was no shower gel or shampoo. The food was fresh.

The hotel deserves a 1-star rating for numerous reasons. Firstly, the food selection was incredibly repetitive and not at all tailored for children, consisting mostly of rice and pasta with no notable Turkish-inspired dishes such as kebabs or other local specialties. This lack of variety and quality in the food was a significant disappointment, especially for families traveling with children who need more nutritious and appealing meal options. The rooms were another major letdown. They were very worn out and in desperate need of renovation. The furnishings were old and shabby, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The level of discomfort in the rooms severely affected our overall experience, as restful sleep is a crucial part of any vacation. The most alarming issue, however, was the safety hazard posed by the extremely hot floors around the pool area. This leads to the most distressing part of our stay. One afternoon, while we were enjoying the pool, our six-year-old daughter and another family member suffered severe burns on their feet from the scorching hot tiles around the pool. The ground was so hot that the child’s shoes actually melted, resulting in second-degree burns. This traumatic incident not only left our daughter in immense pain but also confined her to a wheelchair for the rest of the vacation. The other family member also sustained second-degree burns, which required multiple hospital visits. Despite raising our concerns with the hotel management, their response was dismissive and inadequate. They offered a fruit platter as compensation, which was insulting given the severity of the injuries sustained. The hotel manager acknowledged that the floor was extremely hot but did nothing to mitigate the hazard or assist us further. Their solution was simply to suggest that guests should wear shoes at all times, even though the child was wearing them when she got burned. Furthermore, the hotel's staff showed a blatant disregard for our well-being and the seriousness of the situation. We were left to arrange medical treatment on our own, and the lack of support and empathy from the hotel staff was shocking. Their refusal to acknowledge the problem and take appropriate action not only ruined our holiday but also put other guests at risk. We saw several other adults burn their feet on the same hot tiles during our stay, indicating that the issue was widespread and not just an isolated incident. In addition to these major issues, the general upkeep of the hotel was poor. Public areas were not well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or not as described, adding to our dissatisfaction. Given these numerous and serious shortcomings, we strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel. It fails to provide even the basic standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality. Es handelt sich beim Ars Enfi City Beach Hotel um das unansprechendste Hotel, in dem ich jemals gewesen bin. Ungemütliche und unpraktische Hotelanlage mit kleinen und dunklen Gängen, Essen nur mit anderen Hotelgästen zusammen am Tisch möglich, überall streunende Katzen. Das Zimmer selbst war winzig klein, modrig-feucht, kalt, Fäkaliengestank, permanenter Lärm von den Fluren rund um die Uhr. Beim Check-In wurde mir das Wifi für 20 Euro verkauft mit der Ansage, dieses kaufen zu müssen, da ich sonst kein Wifi hätte. Im Zimmer angekommen stellte ich fest, dass es gratis Wifi gab. Lediglich die Lage unmittelbar an der Promenade ist recht ansprechend. Niemals wieder!

I checked into the hotel on November 1, 2024. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Excellent food in the hotel - red fish, soft meat, turkey, chicken, mushrooms, various vegetables and fruits pleased me every day. The room on the first floor is spacious with a comfortable mattress, cozy balcony, clean nice bed linen and towels. Warm sea with a sandy beach across the road. The service staff is very friendly. Felt like home. The price-quality of the hotel is ideal. I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Verschrikkelijk hotel! Personeel is echt onvriendelijk. Ik ben hier in juli (2024) samen met mijn moeder en broertje geweest. Er zijn hier mensen die worden behandeld als v.i.p. Zij zijn per ongeluk nat gespetterd door mij. De manager werd hier zo boos om dat hij het liefst in het zwembad wou springen om mij en mijn moeder aan te vallen. Door dit ‘incident’ wat nergens op sloeg werden wij in de gaten gehouden. We werden zelfs nagekeken toen we naar ons hotelkamer liepen. Maar het wordt nog erger. De volgende dag zat ik weer met mijn moeder en broertje bij het zwembad, waar we weer werden nagekeken. Wij waren hier klaar mee en keken terug. Toen werd het personeel zo boos, dat de manager een glazen asbak tegen mijn moeder haar rug heeft gegooid. Hier heeft zij een grote blauwe plek en veel pijn van overgehouden. Wij hadden de receptie hierop aangesproken, zij geloofden alleen het verhaal van de manager. Daardoor werden wij het hotel uitgezet en moesten wij op eigen kosten een ander hotel gaan boeken. Ook is het hier verschrikkelijk vies. De kamers worden niet goed schoongemaakt, er zijn kakkerlakken in het hotel die ook niet worden opgeruimd als ze dood zijn gemaakt. En het eten is slecht. Het eten wordt al een uur van te voren neergezet in een warm restaurant. Wij aten hier sowieso al niet, maar toen we een avond hier hadden gegeten werden wij en andere gasten erg ziek. Ook staat het personeel onder werktijd en achter de bar te roken. Dus kortom; het was een hel. Wij raden dit hotel zeker af. Kom hier zeker niet en verspil hier geen geld aan!
