We had an event at the hotel and decided to use their catering. The Food and Beverage Manager clearly wasn’t happy when our event ran longer than she expected. She even raised her voice to let us know we’d have to pay for the extra time. We were totally fine with that because we could pay, but it was not her place to handle it since she wasn't part of the Front Office. Her attitude was rude, and she seemed really annoyed with our group. I really hope management checks in on this because her behavior left a bad impression of the hotel’s service.
