布埃納維斯塔別緻飯店(Buena Vista Chic Hotel)

El desayuno estaba incluido, muy rico y con opciones para todos los gustos. Nos agradó que tenia la opción de una habitación para 5 ya que es algo con lo que en ocasiones batallamos, además la habitación era muy espaciosa, las camas muy confortables y una terraza/balcón muy amplio. Tiene un pequeño sendero y alberca para relaj****. Ideal para qued**** a la llegada a San José si uno de tus destinos al día siguiente es el Volcán Poas o La Fortuna, tampoco está muy lejos del aeropuerto.

Fantastisk hotel med god restaurant. Den lille pool og legeplads var fint og passede perfekt til vores tre børn i de to nætter vi var på hotellet. Og udsigten, især om aftenen over San Jose er helt unik.

Es excelente lugar para descansar y se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación para visitir diferentes lugares.

Beautiful proprety, with a stunning view. The villa was perfect for a family of 4. The free transfer from the airport is great. A great place to stay after a long flight, thank you

Staff were great and did the best with what they had. Hotel looks great in the pics. 1. Very noisy neighbourhood. Sitting on the balcony was not pleasant. 2. No air conditioning or a safe for valuables. 3. The pool was absolutely frigid. Not a single guest used the pool when we’re there. Nice place but not worth the cost.

Older Hotel with lots of character. Nice room. Staff was very courteous and very helpful. The surrounding grounds were gorgeous with a lovely walk through their coffee plantation. Not sure about walking outside of the hotel grounds. Busy and noisy street. Rough looking neighbourhood.

Great staff…always helpful and friendly service providing advice and guidance using Google translate conversation mode for trips and excursions.

Really quite and beautiful hotel. Outside area of gate not so great, but would recommend if you are in transit to another location and don’t need to leave property for anything.

We stayed in this hotel thinking it was close to the airport and a would be a decent place to stay as we flew in and out of SJO. Not close at all, it took us nearly 45 mins. to get there from the airport. Out of all the places we stayed, this was by far the most disappointing. The 1st night we got there late, staff was very nice & helpful but when we got to our room there were dead bugs on the fold out bed, and the mattress actually sunk in the middle and was so uncomfortable, the room had a very overwhelming bad smell. The following week we checked in one more time before our flight left early the following morning and this time they brought another mattress to go on top of the fold out sofa bed, which was no better, we only had 3 towels total so had to call to get more delivered however there was no phone in the room, we called from our phone & they didn't answer. Apparently the girl in training didn't think she needed to answer the phone, so we had to head to the front desk in pouring rain to get more towels. When we opened up the towels one of them had more dead bugs inside. Lastly, our reservation was one person more (6 vs. 5 reserved) pretty tacky to charge extra fees. In my opinion this hotel needs to look at the big picture and this really left a bad taste, especially with all other issues we had.
