北方匹比飯店(Hotel Pibi Boreal)

D’une propreté exceptionnelle, on n’entendait que le son des oiseaux, j’ai vraiment adoré cet endroit. Le déjeuner était copieux et vraiment bon. De très bons hôtes. Je recommande fortement cette place. Bon spot pour dormir si vous voulez visiter Poas National Park et La Paz Waterfall.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel : la première pour notre arrivée au Costa Rica et la deuxième pour notre départ. Hôtel bien équipé, literie tres bonne, petit-déjeuner top. Mathieu et Nadia sont adorable et très serviables. Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel.

Merci à Nidia et Mathieu pour leur chaleureux accueil dans ce petit coin paradisiaque. Ils aiment leur métier d’hôtelier et font avec cœur tout ce qu’il faut pour que nous soyons comblés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et offrent une belle vue sur la nature. Je recommande sans réserve!

Super endroit chaleureux

It was a little hard at first to get here because it is a small out-of-the-way place that many taxi drivers had not heard of. However, once looking at an online map, it was easy to get to and very close to the airport - only 5 miles or so. It is a quiet spot, and the deck overlooking the trees is a wonderful place to have breakfast. The beds and linens are top quality, the bathroom is clean and new with a wonderful shower with plenty of hot water. I will consider staying here again.

Excellent service in this family-run bed and breakfast. After a long and late flight, the airport pick up was appreciated and to wake up with a beautiful view of a tropical garden and forest area was so much nicer than waking next to a highway at a typical airport hotel. We arranged for our rental car to be delivered to the property, so we were able to avoid the congested traffic of San Jose. Lovely continental breakfast with croissants and coffee.

Great place to stay for first night especially if you're looking for something more authentic than a hotel chain. The host made sure we got there safely from the airport even though we got in late and had delays with our baggage. In the morning we took a short walk on the property and saw leaf cutter ants! The host made sure we got pointed in the right direction on our way out. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed waking-up surrounded my nature. It was like getting a bonus day from our vacation as this is hotel is so close to the airport but it’s not an airport hotel. The owners are super friendly and the light breakfast was just what we needed.
