Çok güzel ortamı ilgili Güler yüzlü personeli ile bizden geçer not alan bir otel

I cannot believe I got to stay in a hotel this nice for this price. The breakfast was massive and delicious. The pool was comfortable. The rooms with AC are extremely comfortable. The staff was attentive and kind. It felt like a true Turkish experience. My only issue was with the other guests. People claimed pool-side lounge chairs all day, which was annoying. But then again, when you're in Alaçatı, you should absolutely be exploring whenever you can.

Son derece şirin ve güzel bir otel. Personeli çok ilgili. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli seviyede. Odaları ferah. Banyosu biraz küçük ama yeterli. Peyzajı ve dekorasyonu güzel , emek harcanmış bir yer. Konumu Alaçatının kalbinde. Gönül rahatlığı ile kalınır.

The hotel looks nice but we had some big issues. First of all, the shower didn’t have cold water so I had to shower in April with cold water, and in Alaçati the weather is cold at nights. But not only this, they forgot to make the bed properly with a winter blanket. There was only the cover of the bed so I couldn’t sleep because of cold, I had to sleep with my jeans and all my towels covering me. When I went to the reception to ask for blankets, the guy didn’t know about the hotel much. He have me a thin wet blanket he found on the exterior. It was really a bad night. I didn’t want to put such a bad puntuatipn but for me this was the experience. They didn’t offer a discount or anything in exchange for such a bad experience.

樓下的房間非常狹窄，無法使用。令人失望。但房間很乾淨。廁所裡沒有鏡子。。

We really enjoyed staying at this place for 10 days this summer. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are nice, pool area is spacious. Location perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Hacimemis but still quiet at night. We come back next year.

Tekrar konaklama için mutlaka tercih e de ebileceğim bir otel , çalışanlar çok samimi , ve sabah kahvaltılarında ki reçelleri çok bependik , teşekkür ederiz

Otel çok güzel, çok temiz,çalışanlar çok kibar, kahvaltısı çok güzel sadece beyaz ekmeğe alternatif ekmekler sunulabilir ve yemek olarak ızgara bir şeyler eklenebilir çok fazla karbonhidrata yönelik bir menü ya da dışarıdan yiyecek içecek olayı biraz esnetilebilir. Odadaki minibar çalışmıyordu ama sorun olmadı. Tekrardan tercih ederim fiyatları uçmadıkça.
