تجربتي في الفندق كانت سيئة جداً . خلال إقامتي، اكتشفت أن 5 علب من السجائر الخاصة بي قد سُرقت من الغرفة. وعند إبلاغي الاستقبال، لم يكن هناك أي اهتمام أو متابعة للمشكلة. و كمان موظف الاستقبال أتكلم بطريقه مش حلوه.كان الإهمال الأمني وعدم احترام خصوصية النزلاء واضحًا جدًا، مما جعلني أشعر بعدم الأمان طوال فترة الإقامة. لا أنصح بالإقامة هنا. My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. During my stay, I discovered that 5 packs of my cigarettes were stolen from the room. When I reported it to the reception, there was no interest or follow-up on the matter. The lack of security and respect for guests’ privacy was obvious, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements in service and security are made.
