This did not feel like a real hotel experience. A hotel is expected to offer a certain level of comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately, the room was far below acceptable standards. The bedding was old, the pillow was used and uncomfortable, the chairs were only small plastic ones, and even basic amenities like bottled water, shampoo, a toothbrush, or bath towels were missing. It was a very bad experience and I would not recommend it at all.

I booked a room for 2 nights, but when I arrived, I was given a room with 3 beds, even though we were only 2 people. I asked for a different room, and they moved us to a very small room with old furniture. I accepted it to avoid more trouble. However, after a few hours, the same staff member (Abdel..)came and said the room was already booked. I told him that wasn't my problem since I had a confirmed booking for 2 nights, but he responded with bad behavior and no respect for our reservation. He then offered me a much more expensive room, which I couldn’t accept. I said I would stay the 2 nights I booked, but he refused and said he couldn't do anything. I was very upset by the way we were treated. It seems that when they see guests from abroad, they try to push them into more expensive rooms instead of respecting existing bookings. This is unacceptable. The staff member should have apologized, but instead continued with a rude and unprofessional attitude. This was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place based on how they treat guests.

A friend and I spent five days in Top Ourika and it was such a beautiful experience, the location is Stunning in the middle of Ourika river where you can hear the river water flowing from your room. The room are a bit small but clean and nicely decorated, the staff are so friendly and helpful in every aspect, you can enjoy the breakfast by the river while enjoying the sunrise. Many local restaurants and shops are within a walking distance which made it very convenient for us. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. I would also like to express my gratitude to Hassan and the rest of the staff for making our stay unforgettable.

This is truly my favourite place to stay in ourika valey. Placed in a great location next to the river, The hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff consistently make an incredible effort to go above and beyond for each stay. In addition, we were very happy to book directly with the riad. Breakfast was always delicious. It was really a very nice experience. Would 100% recommend every time. We will be back.

Unser Mitarbeiter hatte bei einem persönlichen Besuch schon Wochen im voraus 4 Einzelzimmer für 2 Nächte reserviert und sogar eigenhändig im Belegbuch des Managers eingetragen (wir haben diese Eintragung gesehen). Als wir dann am vereinbarten Tag eintrafen, waren zwei der Zimmer vergeben und uns wurde nahegelegt, die übrigen Zimmer entweder als Doppelzimmer zu nutzen oder Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel zu nehmen – beides unmöglich aufgrund des Raum- und Kommunikationsbedarfs für unsere Forschungsarbeiten, was der Manager sehr wohl wusste. Möglicherweise wollte man die zunehmende Reiseaktivität nach Ende des Ramadan voll ausnutzen und die Zimmer lieber als Doppelzimmer vermieten. Nach dieser Erfahrung können wir dieses Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Avec une super chambre confortable et propre sur le roof top d'où on peut entendre la rivière juste au pied de l hôtel. Un super tajine servie sur la terasse. Une équipe aux petits soins et avec un grand sourire. Je recommande vivement cet endroit
