Hôtel vraiment bien, nourriture très bonne, Piscine vraiment agréable. De nombreuses animations en tout genre. Animateur chaleureux, proche des vacanciers et surtout des enfants. Les personnels est également au petit soin des enfants. Vraiment une très chouette expérience. A refaire.

I was very happy with my recent stay at the Sur Grand hotel. We were fortunate to be upgraded by the charming reception person Sanjay to a large room overlooking the sea. Bathroom was good as was the breakfast. Good free parking outside the hotel. The only downside is the location which is on the edge of town with very limited places for meals within walking distance. But if you have a car Sur is not that big and you can use the hotel as a comfortable base to explore the sights. I’d probably return here; it seems to be the best hotel in town.

My husband and I spent one night and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable the room was large with a nice chair to sit in which we appreciated. We had a view of the pool area below. the staff was friendly and helpful, the dining was average but good. The breakfast was included. All in all a perfectly fine place to spend a night on the tourist circuit of Sur/Wahiba desert/Nizwa. It is out of the old town area a bit so if you want to walk around town there are other hotels in town. Sur Grand however is close to the beach and the promenade.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer gross und sauber aber das Mobiliar müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Das gilt eigentlich für alles in diesem Hotel. Für die 1 Nacht wars ok aber hinterlässt keinen bleibenden Eindruck. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir alles auswärts gegessen haben...
