Hotel RS Exclusive Stay & Fine Dine - Near to Akola Junction

The rooms were spacious but not well maintained. Room service was pathetic. Our food orders were messed-up. The hotel restaurant closes at 11PM which should have been communicated during checkin; we ordered food from delivery app and the hotel denied to deliver it in the room, rather asked us to come down to reception to pick the order.

We booked family club rooms that it’s interconnecting. But the same was not given to us even after request. The-front desk staff was very unfriendly. The interior work was going on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy. Room had smoke smell and walls were black. Hotel staff was very noisy through the service lift and duct. However one bengali waitress was very sweet in the restaurant and paid special attention to our request for non spicy food. The only positive experience in the entire stay!

Hotel is below average and poorly maintained with mosquito in room, stinky washroom and dry shower with very little water flow and this condition of their club room priced appx 5000
