4-nightstayUpside:(1)Space-Limitedservice公寓概念。獨立的臥室、浴室、廁所、小廚房、客廳和陽台(餐桌內)(2)位置----附近的超市和健身房(不附屬於慢板);步行即可到達老城區(3)洗衣房----位於接待處附近;信用卡付款;但只有一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機,所以提前計劃(4)安靜的-內向公寓不會有街道噪音,並且面對一個舒適的內部庭院缺點:1.空調問題-顯然,有空調故障影響一些公寓包括我們登記入住時分配的第一套公寓顯然,客人本來應該被告知這一點,但我們沒有。我們在入住前收到的信件中沒有提到這一點,在入住時也沒有人提到這一點。當我們詢問公寓爲什麼沒有變涼時,最初的反應是,一個站立的風扇的報價。考慮到朝西(下午太陽)公寓的夏季高溫(＞30C),這是完全不能接受的。即使有固定的風扇,睡不着也太不舒服了,更別說缺乏透明度了。經過進一步的調查,包括修理時間(幾天),突然又有一個有空調功能的公寓。由於 Adagio 是主要國際酒店品牌的一部分,可以通過提前或在辦理入住手續時提供受影響的客人,以免費的方式( a )轉移到類似級別的財產(網絡或其他方式)來更好地處理問題;(b) 全額退款;或(c) 完全透明的“知情”接受有毛病的空調的公寓。

A great hotel that we will be returning to. Everything was top notch, even under construction. Convenience, a great staff and outstanding grounds (gardens / Pool).

In France hotels have two extremes, the best and the worst: this hotel is in the second category. The fact that it is a motel for motorists does not justify such a bad offer: to enter the private car park you must enter a code that you do not have as it is only provided at the automatic check-in next to the entrance since the reception is often closed and hotel is unmanned except for a few cleaners who know nothing. With difficulty you will be able to enter and you seem to enter an interior that recalls, both for the terrible smell of death, and for the dirty and old furnishings, a suburban barracks. In the small, sad, rather dirty room, in which the stench of a corpse is always present (we are in Provence!) You will sleep only one night, trying to sleep and get up early to dissipate as soon as possible. The most disturbing fact is the lack of staff so for any need you will be helpless. Bad price / quality ratio 87 € per night without breakfast. ( Better). Also to be avoided for safety reasons.

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

酒店還算不錯。我們是因為當時馬賽在舉行橄欖球比賽，一房難求，所以我們被迫住到了Aix。好在馬賽和Aix之間的交通非常方便，這個酒店稍微有些難找，整體很整潔。

Pour ce séjour entant que spectateur de handball nous avions un nuit à passer sur Aix. Le choix de l'hôtel à été orienté par le rapport qualité /prix, nous avons réservé 2 studios, pour raison de confort individuel.

Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l’environnement dans la pinède était calme. - stationnement facile - petit déjeuner correct Pour les points négatifs (malheureusement …): - invasion de fourmis dans la partie salon de notre suite - la piscine naturellement filtrée ne nous a pas du tout emballé (couleur verte et algues) et pas d’ombre par 40 degrés. - nous avions demandé de payer en chèques ANCV à l’arrivée mais l’hôtel nous a débité le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir… J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. J’ai appelé quelques heures seulement après notre départ. J’ai eu plusieurs interlocuteurs pendant trois jours. On devait me rappeler mais à part un jeune homme dimanche soir, qui n’a rien trouvé personne n’a rien fait et le vêtement s’est mystérieusement volatilisé. Je suis déçue car il me semble qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles doit quand même proposer un certain standing aux clients. J’ai demandé à être rappelée par un responsable. J’attends encore… Quel dommage !

Franchement pour le prix je déconseille ! Le personnels est accueillant et sympa mais alors la chambre une cata!! Elle sentais une forte odeur de tabac froid et c’était mal entretenu comme le montre les photos ! Moisissures au plafond, traces au mur et sur les rideaux, le matin devant la fenêtre dans la chambre des flaques à cause de la condensation et la porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas ! Dommage car l’emplacement est sympa et le petit déjeuné est varié.
