金鬱金香連鎖酒店幾個月前就翻新了這個場地,並打造了一個非常高效、現代、舒適的酒店,非常適合商務和旅途住宿。它位於普羅旺斯艾克斯至里昂的自動路線旁邊。艾克斯市中心大約10分鐘的車程。牀(像所有金鬱金香酒店一樣)是我們睡過的最舒服的牀之一!浴室現代而高效。工作人員大多是年輕熱情的人,對服務的態度現代。絕對是與標準法式酒店風格正相反的酒店!餐廳應該有所升級。菜單有限,由於鬧市區有點偏,客人應該可以在菜單中選擇更多一點。

I visited for business and found the location to be excellent. The space was quiet with great black curtains to hide noise and lights. I was very pleased with the friendly staff. They were helpful and the space was very clean. I'd recommend it!

工作人員很好，但臨街的房間不隔音。早上 6 點第一批工人在路上發出的噪音很煩人。我們預訂了 3 個人，毛巾是 2 人的，但第三張床的羽絨被不見了。我打電話給接待處，他們很快就安排好了所需的東西，但在晚上 11:00，我寧願直接上床睡覺，而不必打電話詢問。這有可能發生，我理解。房間裡有一袋茶和一袋花草茶，但我們三個人，除了冰箱裡的水之外沒有一瓶水（要付費） 早餐室在大廳裡，沒有真正的分隔不是不是偉大的。早餐期間，我們站在顧客進出的門口，我們聽到接待人員的電話…應該採取措施適當分隔空間並隔音。對我來說這不是四顆星。最多 3 顆星我最近喜歡的不同經歷的例子：出於同樣的原因，上週末我和女兒在裡爾。大學比賽。在裡爾酒店（三星級，Best Western））當我們到達時，他們提出將週六早餐時間提前到早上6:30（通常是早上7:00），以便讓我女兒和其他在那裡度過的年輕人同樣的原因，考慮到比賽在上午 8:00 開始，可以安心地吃早餐。他們給了我們一張城市地圖以及前往考試中心的路線。對顧客的關注、無可挑剔的服務、安靜的房間、抵達時房間內的2 瓶水和每人2 杯花草茶……事實上，只需要一些不需要花太多錢的細節就能帶來不同。

The Hotel in Aix en Provence was a disaster. It is nothing like the pictures make it out to be on Trip advisor or anywhere. These are taken by a professional well photoshopped and are long stretch away from what you see in the pics. The room for 3 does not have space for bags in the bedroom and barely any space to walk over to the other side of the bed..I would say max 1.5ft. Once the sofa bed is laid out in the living area, there is no way to move within the room at all. The arm rests of the sofa beds are black while the sofa itself is brown. No different in any other room. The room stank of smoke and the floor boards were shredding in some parts esp the toilet. We moved out within a couple of hours and stayed at another property in Provence. Don't spoil your vacation by staying here.

很棒的新現代酒店，靠近主要城鎮，房間乾淨簡單。我們到達那裡時仍在完工，只開放了一周。地下室有很好的停車位，對狗友好，簡單的法式早餐很好。房間雖小，但非常適合住一兩晚，並設有良好的淋浴、水壺和微波爐。

Important tip number 1- Book your parking in advance. They have a small lot close to the hotel but it fills up so please make sure to book your parking. We did and it was super convenient. This is a wonderful hotel and each and every member of their staff makes you feel comfortable. They also offer good restaurant recommendations. We stayed their for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The room was large with lots of closet space. This is the place to be if you are visiting Aix. The location is great and it is very close to the big fountain.

Very comfortable hotel, everything worked ok in the room, tv, kettle, fridge, shower with good hot water. Everything was very clean and convenient. It also had a kitchenette with pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Hotel is located right at the heart of the Village, walking distance to everything!. Special thanks to the reception staff that were super nice and Friendly. I stayed in Room 207, where there was zero noise from the street. Thanks!.🙂

I have been at Villa Gallici the first time and had to leave after three days to another hotel, due to some pre-reservations. Arrived at the other hotel, I missed Villa Gallici from the first second on. The staff is of incredible warmth and the place gives you the feeling of staying in a private house with the hosts really being interested in your thoughts and well-being rather than just seeing it as a job. I had the impression of true passion and the special and unique character of the house underline the impression. The location of the Villa is also exceptionally good and lets you walk to all major sights within approx. ten minutes, very convenient in a city like Aix, where most of the old town is restricted for cars. All in all it was a pleasant and positive surprising stay that I have not expected and I can’t wait to come back!!!

L'hotel est situe en dehors du centre ville mais des arrêts de bus a 2 mn permettent de rejoindre le sens. L'accueil de la reception est très sympathique et le rapport qualité prix est interessant. Malheureusement la piscine n'était pas disponible et le WIFI ne fonctionne pas partout dans la chambre .
