費爾蒙馬拉野生動物俱樂部飯店

優點：位置優越，設施非常好，食物非常好，與莫塞卡（Moseka）的驅車遊獵也很好（儘管沒有找到雄獅）。我在這趟旅程中受傷了，護士貝蒂在為我包紮傷口時非常照顧。所有的工作人員都非常有禮貌。酒店本身很漂亮。叫醒服務和早上送咖啡是非常好的個人風格。馬拉河和河馬咕嚕咕嚕的景色永遠不會被遺忘。 缺點：工作人員組織混亂——儘管提前告訴了他們，但他們並不知道我們正在進行蜜月旅行。房間裡的電話無法使用，而且我們的房間位於飯店的遠側。飯店的許多工作人員提到他們是專門分配給我們的，但後來我們必須依賴其他工作人員。結帳時，他們不知道我們已經提前預付了費用。他們在退房當天為我們預訂了熱氣球，後來卻催促我們趕緊收拾行李，而他們本來可以簡單地告訴我們提前一天準備好行李。

費爾蒙狩獵俱樂部，馬賽馬拉，一生難忘的體驗－絕對完美！從抵達費爾蒙狩獵俱樂部的那一刻起，我們就受到了家人般的熱情款待，我們的住宿體驗無與倫比。 35號房間是絕佳的觀景點，從我們豪華的帳篷就能欣賞到令人嘆為觀止的美景。我們花了一整天時間觀察河馬在河裡悠閒地“唱歌”，而馬拉河本身則是鱷魚、狒狒、黑斑羚的家園，甚至還有當地牛群在河岸邊漫步——這真是一場真正的非洲野生動物奇觀。費爾蒙狩獵俱樂部的團隊非常出色——他們細心、熱情，致力於讓您擁有難忘的住宿體驗。從Caleb一邊把我們的帳篷打掃得一塵不染，一邊留下有趣的筆記和趣聞軼事，到Peter真誠細緻地指導我們完成每一次用餐體驗，他們的熱情好客讓我們感到賓至如歸。三晚四天的住宿時間恰到好處，足以體驗非洲五霸的精彩。有了Alfred這樣的司機，您將體驗到無與倫比的狩獵之旅。他淵博的知識、敏銳的直覺以及與當地人的聯繫，不僅讓我們有機會目睹令人驚嘆的野生動物，還讓我們有機會與馬賽人見面，並親眼目睹馬拉僅存的兩隻白犀牛——這絕對是一生難得的邂逅！非常感謝Brian，他從倫敦一路與我們溝通，確保了我們擁有一個完美的體驗，包括安排了一次令人難忘的馬拉熱氣球之旅——真是太神奇了！費爾蒙狩獵俱樂部當之無愧地獲得5/5的好評。從絕佳的地理位置到卓越的團隊，每一刻都堪稱完美。我們迫不及待地想再來一次。 Asante Sana！ ✨

Cet hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel ! Au milieu de la nature, les tentes luxueuses bordent le fleuve ou l'on peut admirer les hippopotames se baigner. C'est un spectacle magnifique. Cet hôtel est très confortable, rien ne nous a manqué. Le personnel est toujours aux petits soins pour satisfaire vos moindres désirs. 2 safaris sont inclus et organisés par jour. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Dominic comme chauffeur/guide. Il est vraiment formidable et il nous a permis de voir les big five en 2 journées de safari. Lors du dernier safari, le graal avec un léopard découvert par Dominic. Nous sommes restés plus d'une heure à l'observer. Vraiment merci à Dominic qui se démène pour satisfaire ses clients et nous amener au plus proche des animaux et avec une belle lumière pour faire les photos. Nous avons payé un extra pour faire un safari en montgolfière. C'était époustouflant ! Je recommande vraiment. De même nous avons payé un extra pour un dîner organisé juste pour nous deux dans un coin isolé du resort. C'était féerique ! Bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour au Fairmont Mara Safari Club

Our honeymoon at Fairmont Mara Safari Club was the best and most memorable experience of our lives! Every moment was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so at home. Special thanks to Lenkoko, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best safari adventure; to Mary and Gerald, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unique and delightful; and to Adan, who made us feel like we had a home away from home. We highly recommend participating in as many experiences as possible and definitely not missing a safari. We were lucky enough to see 4 out of the Big 5, but also encountered so many more amazing animals. The hot air balloon experience is also a must! While it’s the most commercial, you can’t beat the breathtaking views of the plains from the balloon, and the bush breakfast included is a real "pinch me" moment. Gerald and his team are also expert mixologists—don’t miss trying their locally inspired cocktails, especially the dawa! I also had a massage during my stay which I couldn't recommend more. In terms of facilities, they are superb. The tent design makes it feel more authentic , but it's a very luxurious stay with all the amenities and services you'd expect to see at a Fairmont. We couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team and have already recommended this magical experience to all our friends and family. We can’t wait to return someday! Patricia & Seb

What a very special place , the setting is incredible Hippos and Crocodiles float in the river in front of your tent that is glamping personified The excursions from the camp led by Dominic are what true adventure is about We saw so many different animals in there natural habitat Dominic being well versed in all the different animals we saw , from what they eat there gestation period hunting habits , eating habits an encyclopedia of information The staff want to ensure you have the best experience you can have , or meals are before dinner drinks where all served professionally and with a true smile A shout out to Moses and Griffin for making our dinning experience that much better Will I go back to Masa Mara Safari camp you bet ,
