We stayed for 2 nights in one of the studio suites. The bed was comfortable. The unit could be cleaner overall. We’re travelling for 2 months and needed to do laundry. The washing machine was filthy. (1). There is hair/lint from the dryer that falls into the machine. (2) It’s a top load washer and the cup that holds soap or softener was filthy, removed to clean it and uncovered black under it and on the agitator. Of course we cleaned it, why wash your clothes in a dirty machine. The unit needs to be refurbished. Marks on light switches, the table is damaged, wear and tear shows in bathroom including a cracked sink. Check in is all remote and you get an email advising the process. You have to take out the trash and wash/put away all the dishes before you leave.

Very clean and well provisioned, this property is a great base for a longer stay and to explore the local area. From the studios, to the larger units, there are different configurations available, all with some type of kitchen and a reasonable bathroom and living area. The tennis court and pool on site are an added attraction and most enjoyable.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Just what i needed for a solo getaway from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.Stayed in Studio 9 for 3 nights. Was perfect size,bed was comfy, bathroom was fantastic and heater warmed up the space fast. Would happily stay again next time i'm in the area.Highly recommend.

Great location; relatively quiet, within walking distance of beach, tourist spots, eating out locations etc. Easy drive from Melbourne and Lorne. Lovely facilities. Friendly manager. Great communication.

Peaceful, beautiful, walking distance to shops, sea cliffs, and lighthouse. Easy access off the Great Ocean Road. Hostess was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Villa surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Villa had very comfortable setup.

It was in a beautiful peaceful setting yet you could hear the birds and waves. The property had all we needed. We arrived late but heater and lights on. It was so welcoming.

There was six of us ladies that thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous time. Nothing was too much trouble for Sue who I might add was outstanding. We were a group of tennis players and one lady left her runners behind, when Sue found out she had a pair that fitted perfectly. This resort is just beautiful, and we certainly made good use of the tennis court, bbq and swimming pool. Very close walking distance to restaurents and the Airey's Pub. We will definately be going back.

We had a lovely stay here. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a long stay.
The location was amazing, just a 5 to 10min walk from all the beautiful points in Aireys Inlet.
The property manager was friendly and ensured had a smooth check in and stay. Thank you
