A double charge for the dental kit staff was rude the housekeeping staff cleaned the room without permission

Dirty room and sheets, there was no basic amenities provided in room like drinking water, door mat near bathroom, handwash or not even the breakfast, it was like leftover from last night catering. We suffered a lot. Even the issued invoice was in somebody else's name. Complete disappointment.

The location was prime, rooms were quite nice and the food was excellent, amenities and services were good too

Stay was good. Spacious property. Rooms were bit smaller but the service was good. Easy checkin and check out procedures. There was centralized ac and it took much time for cooling. I wanted to suggest that the hotel should take the update of arrival from the guests and switch on the ac accordingly. Thank you

Room was not ready when checked in at 7pm, bed cover and bed sheet was having bubbles of worn out, bathroom tap was leaking, breakfast was very poor

This is a sub standard hotel. While the room per se was satisfactory - except for the mosquitoes- the service is awful. Staff had to be called for arranging everything ranging from spoon to stir to soap to non functional door bell and worst of all, the wifi. Service in the rooftop bar restro is poor. Had to cancel order for starters since it did not materialize even after 40 minutes. The dining area for breakfast is pathetic ( pl see photo. Breakfast was the most trying experience. After waiting for long, it finally opened at 8. 25 am. This place is absolutely unsuited for business visitors. Overall an average two star motel rather than a hotel. Avoid this place.

Property location is good but food and amenities were not good. Mosquitoes were a big problem for me.

Location of the property is excellent. Food was average. The room was not clean when we checked in. We had to request for clean linen and room and toilet cleaning. It seemed that arranging for water bottles after 11 p. M. Was a very big deal for the hotel staff. We had to make atleast 4 calls to various stations before the water bottles were delivered to the room. Overall not a very satisfactory experience especially for the amount that we were charged.

Breakfast need to improve, limited options and where not tasty too. Location of the hotel and rooms are ok.
