Pros: - Location - just fantastic. It's in the middle of nowhere - one of the most peaveful places I have been to in India. Ont he banks of the Arthur lake, surrounded by mountains on all sides. Do walk the last 500m while reaching this place - you'd just hear the sound of birds - its an experience like no other - Rooms - we had the superior hut - it was clean and spacious - Common amenities: seemed adequate (pool table, foosball, cricket gear, trampoline etc.) Cons: - Food: this was a big let-down. There is a canteen of sorts - but the menu is limited. Biggest shock was this was "veg only" - with just a couple of egg dishes. Dont recall seeing on the listing page that there was no proper non-veg - Bathroom amenities: did not match the price we were paying for these rooms. There was no toothpaste - even on demand! - Signages: were completely missing for the last 600m or so. Since the place is so remote - there should ideally have been more signages - Contact: It was incredibly hard to contact the property over phone (we wanted to check if they have cell network - they do). Listed contact number would go to an IVR - which would not solve the issue. Only managed to get the contact no after mailing one of the hosteller ids.

Best place to stay in terms of view, food, service, staff, cleanliness, weather, stay was wonderful. Somesh help me a lot through check-in places to visit nice waterfall

Fantastic place. This is the 2nd time I have visited this place. Gone the last year as well. The views are magnificent, the roads that lead to the place are worth romanticizing. ❤️ Pros : Location Food Views Rooms - Clean and tidy Very good helpful staff and humble. Service. Although for water you got to go get it yourself which is fine. Overall a very good experience. I actually wanted to extend the stay but then your team there said all the rooms are booked. Would surely love to visit again if there's some offer or discount from your end for me.❣️ The last time i recommended to add barricades to the pathway that leads to the hotel and you actually ended up adding the barricade ❤️🤗 truly Recommend this place.

Hosteller Bhandardara just love it wonderful property, wonderful staff, wonderful view, wonderful service just loved it!

The accommodations fell significantly short of expectations, especially considering the cost of the deluxe rooms. Issues included damaged furniture, water damage from rainwater intrusion, and a lack of basic amenities such as drinking glasses. Staff refused to provide glasses unless a beverage was purchased from the restaurant, a practice we found unacceptable. The food quality was extremely poor, with limited options and no nearby alternatives. Coffee and hot chocolate were tasteless, and observed customer behavior indicated widespread dissatisfaction with the meal offerings. Breakfast was minimal, consisting of only two or three unappetizing dishes. Room service was unavailable. Recreational facilities were limited to a pool table and foosball, resulting in a generally unengaging experience. Furthermore, access to the property is restricted by a narrow, poorly maintained road, suitable only for SUVs. In summary, our stay was wholly unsatisfactory, and we deeply regret our booking.

Very bad service, who doesnt serve the food to guests when you pay a good amount for rooms, breakfast included had just two options how silly is it, understaff restaurant with underwhelming service and laidback staff.. only good view and good location doesnot matter you need basic hospitality as well. Think hundred times before going with family as you will feel like service *** yourself.
