Excelente hotel! Confortável, comida excelente, e atendimento impecável. Fomos muito bem atendidos! A comida é excepcional. O cardápio local muito rico e diversificado. Boas opções de salada, opções vegetarianas e não vegetariana. O garçom Pappu nos atendeu muito bem. Nos deu boas indicações e sobremesas. O funcionário Chetan também nos atendeu muito bem. Todos os dias no café da manhã comparecia a nossa mesa para prestar assistência. Agradecemos demais pela acolhida da equipe do Fortune Select.

Stayed for one night in # 601 - room upgrade. The hotel is approx. 35 mins drive from the airport and is located on SG highway. Fortune club room was spacious , had a direct view of the flyover. The bed cushion was comfortable , air conditioning was powerful. WiFi connectivity was uninterrupted with good speed. The bathroom has separate shower area and tub. All the kits were readily placed in the bathroom. Hot kettle , iron with board and mini fridge was available in the room. BF buffet spread had variety of North Indian and South Indian delicacies with some local delicacies. Aloo and Gobi parathas were delicious.Poha was soft and non spicy less oily.Customised ginger tea was good. The service and hospitality at the restaurant was outstanding.Ms ITI and Ms Akanksha were very courteous and service oriented. The overall staff including the front desk was very welcoming and humble. Ms Amanpreet at In room dining was very enthusiastic and helpful and very quick with ordering. The hotel needs renovation which is undergoing which will make experience further better. There was a technical glitch in the billing but the team handled it very well. Good value for money considering location , service and hospitality. Would definitely like to recommend and look forward to come back.
