Average not value for money, wi fi was slow and one has to pay extra for buying good wifi service. The fridge was not functioning. Not a good experience.

The staff is very good , Sumaiya , Amit were very nice in supporting , even the security guards kishan kumar and Anubhav kumar were always supportive and nice , keep up the great work , the cleaniness of the room was nice

The cafe et cetera Restaurant food was very awesome excellent service.perfect location. Good ambience hygienic good for family friends and couple specialy thanks to Mr Raghav Jha Room service was very Good Thank you f&b team

Room was very Good,Staff are very polite and professionals,specially Font office all staff ,They are well organised and well groomed to handle the Guest,Jitendra,Swati,Sumaya and Robin they all are very cooperative,Ginger Vastrapur is blessed to have such kind of staff

Staff was kind and gentle and very good response by Sumeliya .only health club to started. The stay was pleasant and food was also delicious though the renovation is going on and we would like to stay in ginger vastrapur in future once it's get renovated .

Trip was very delighted the front desk operator was so helpful "Sumaiya" and food quality was also too good. Everything was good. I ordered Fix thali and quantity and quantity was good. SAUAIYA was so helpful during the hotel stay. I highly recommend this to all

Well cleaned ..staff is very good .Mrs somya and Mr robin both are well disciplined and trained to attend guests.. rooms are good .. location is good .. connectivity is good ..people can reach at this property easly..near by malls to roam everything is much better..

One of the best staff when it comes to friendliness. The receptionist were very kind and helpful, sumaira and neetu! Cheers to Ginger! The food is delicious 😋 and breakfast variety is good. Smarak and Jiten were lifesavers at times. All the staff is young and understanding!
