Nice Service, Nice Ambiance, Good Hospitality, supporting & pro active staff,nice food, clean & hygienic property, good locality, near by to station. Nice banquet and Conference hall, Nice gesture & service by Mr. Vimalesh. I recommend this property to everyone one.

Ms payal having good memory, remembers every ones room no. Ms Reshmi brings flowers to God every morning. Thus both keep the environment charming. There is always fun seeing all every morning. Mr Babu is nice person.

Stayed at Regenta Central Antarim with a colleague for 2 nights on my recent business trip. Location is very good and it was easy to get around the city. Our room was well spaced out, comfy bed, with all amenities, a relaxing chair with foot rest which was nice to have and the decor was funky & I personally loved the vibrant colours and vibe in our room. They have one Multi cuisine restaurant and we tried breakfast & dinner buffet on both days and there was ample varieties to choose from . We also ordered Ala carte for lunch and opted for In Room Service once. In Ala Carte I loved their Khow suey and Mexican cracker bowl whereas my colleague relished on cottage cheese cannelloni and gajar ka halwa. Food quality and taste is really good. Staff is polite & service is quick enough. We loved the food here so had all our meals here itself. They have a small book shelf and a couple of Mac in the lobby to read or get some work done which was handy for me. They also have multiple banquet halls and a compact gym so do check it out. We had a lovely stay experience & will definitely visit again.

I have just come back from Ahmedabad after spending one night in this hotel in Ahmedabad. Though 1 night stay does not qualify for the review but I can put my first hand impression. It’s supposed to be a four star hotel but the overall impression does not resonate that. The checking in and checking out takes a lot of time as the room initially was not ready as per my booking instruction and I had to literally wait for more that 40 minutes. The sitting lounge was shabby and not much lighted .Even the AC was not comfortable. The room I was given was small with a small window and I had to carry my own luggage. Though the room was clean but found to be very basic and not conforming to 4 star standard. The break fast spread was ok but the expertise was missing as the team was found to be not customer focused. The food is costly and the restaurant was little dark. The oveall stuff behaviour was not found to be welcoming. The hotel is pet friendly and the location is on the road and in a peaceful locality. Little bit better management in terms of stuff training and customer orientation would have made my stay memorable what ever be the hours of stay. Thank you…

Arrived and allocated a standard room paid extra for early check in. Then moved to my junior suite the next day. See photos first room was a disgrace broken tables and wardrobes, dirty - laundry baskets in corridor - worst room I have ever had. Next day suite was cleaner but still not great plus noise of building work, dogs and pigeons it didn't help. Checking out I had to push for a refund of the first night manager was sullen and not happy. Staff generally nice and happy and helpful also breakfast was nice and good staff - still the worst hotel room I have had. Good location so I could walk to our office.
