雲朵飯店(The Cloud Hotel)

Nice hotel located close to GIDC ,Vatva, Ahmedabad. Hotel was clean and had a nice ambience,pleasant stay. Masala Kitchen Restaurant food is very delicious, has varieties of Veg & Non-Veg foods. People out there are very polite, service is really appreciable i remember a guy named Bhupendra was very helpful & polite. I can surely recommend this place to everyone willing to go.

I had my family function here.. The food was superb specially Chicken Angara. The staff is very polite & always ready to help us. Special mention for the ***ager for always being there for us & fulfilling all our needs. Would strongly recommend this place for dinning as well as banquet functions.

The issue was immediately solved with the intervention of higher authority. Thanks for quick action and solving the issues. The hotel authority is very helpful and taking care of the customers at primary responsibility. Once again thanks ro the Cloud Hotel.

The overall experience was pretty pleasant, nice staff, good ambience (mirrors in every corner of the corridors was a plus point), great food and most importantly the most comfortable beds! If I could make a suggestion at the least, a more regular provision of towels and laundry bags would be ideal.

The good thing was that the lobby and restaurant was maintained well but the not so good thing was the condition of the blankets, pillows and bedsheets..... They had yellow stains on them which made me not use them for the whole week.... Overall it was just adjustable as I was out most of the time. If the blankets and pillows were maintained it would have been a better experience.... Another thing to note was that they gave only one keycard per room and as we stayed in a group it was hard to ***age if someone had the key and was out while the other reached hotel ... we had to ask staff to open all the time....

Very good service. Yummy food. staff behaviour was also nice. Enjoyed our time. It was a whole batch of 100 kids. Previously kids were uncomfortable but later they loved it. Memorable experience. ***ageable with 100 kids. Review from my side was totally fine.
