Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, everything about the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained

There was not a proper arrangement of anything at the hotel. I had to change the room due to lack of essentials. Also it was way too much costly. Around 7x into what it ahoukd be.

Worst experience. Front office manager sitting in reception in undershirt and unmannered. Ac is not working. And lots of other serious issues. Also complain about same to mmt. Thank you team mm t for the all help during that time.

Every 2-3 hours they used to turnoff the main switch of air condition from the main contact and we have to go and remind them. No proper bedding, no proper water services, neither the geyser was working, it was a complete waste of money for me

Hair all over. Even after asking for new sheets the manager yelled in front of us that u ll not be getting any and doors were hard to open. Even the ac and geyser to be operated we had to ask managers permission this type we had to deal avoid this property
