Desde que llegamos nos atendieron de una manera muy amable, el servicio es realmente bueno. Es un hotel muy acogedor que siempre es nuestro lugar numero uno en donde hospedarnos cuando visitamos la cuidad por la ubicación el definitivamente el muy buen trato.

This was my first visit to this establishment and quite frankly, I was very disappointed! I took a, red-eye flight from California at 1:00am, arriving to Aguascalientes at 6:00am. I arrived to the hotel at 6:30am and when I approached the reception desk, I immediately apologized for arriving early due to my international overnight flight. I was very tired and exhausted from my flight and just wanted to sleep. The reception later told me that the check-in began at 3:00pm and if I wanted to be accommodated to my room, I needed to pay an additional day. Now, I understand that at any hotel in the world the check-in begins at 3:00pm, but due to the circumstances of being an international traveler arriving early that morning because the national airlines of the country kept canceling my previous flights and that overnight flight was my ONLY option, I would think that the Hilton Garden Inn would have been more sympathetic to my case and we comely accommodated me to a room with open arms, BUT NO!!! I had to sleep in the lobby of the hotel for 4 hours after negotiating with the hotel manager who offered me accommodations after 12:00pm (after more negotiating, he brought it down to 11:00am but I brought it down to 10:30am). I honestly didn't feel welcomed or as a guest, I felt like the only thing that this hotel was interested in wasn't for their customers to be ”Happy Guests at the Hilton Garden” but to ”Nickle and dime” their customers to make more money (MONEY-MONEY-MONEY is the moto of this hotel, no wonder on Trip Advisor they have 4 point rating, while the Marriott and Quinta Real have 4.5) By the way, other hotels around the world would recommend early check-in's due to early flight arrivals of international guests, the Quinta Real in Aguascalientes has accommodated me with early check-in's on various occasions, in Guadalajara, Mexico City and around the world. After my bad experience I chose not to have breakfast, lunch or dinner there, only to sleep and then leave for good! I will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel. Enjoy your holidays or vacation and stay somewhere else!

Para empezar, había una araña viva en la pared entrando al cuarto. También había una telaraña entre el escritorio. El restaurante cierra a las 9:30PM. El microondas del lobby no funcionaba bien pues el plato giratorio no giraba. La regadera estaba tapada, se inundó el área de regadera! El hotel tampoco tenía servicio de shuttle cuando la competencia sí lo tiene y por casi el mismo precio o incluso más barato. El desayuno empezaba a las 7AM! Para esa hora ya había salido del hotel. Lo siento pero primera y última vez que me hospedo aquí.

Muy buen trato, muy amable el personal, las intalaciones por igual. Definitivamente Vuelvo para vivir la experiencia, más aún cuando se acerca la próxima feria de San Marcos. Gracis por su atención equipo Wyndham

Room is ok, centrally located but the rooms were not very clean and the air conditioning was not cooling. The only thing i liked was that the hotel is in the heart of the downtown area and shops are walking distance.
