We just spent 7 nights here and our stay was amazing. The hotel grounds are lovely and clean and only a minute to the beach. Our room was lovely - room 124. Pool view with views out to the ocean. Very spacious, enormous bathroom with a large spa bath, comfortable couch, large outdoor balcony and kitchen. We even had our own double lock up garage!! The staff were also very accommodating. 1770 is a beautiful place, we had perfect weather every day. Bit of a walk to all local restaurants, shops and cafes but apart from that we could not fault our stay. We will be back one day hopefully soon.

We stayed for 1 week. The apartment, the grounds and 2 pools are very well maintained. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. The beds were super comfy and the friendly management called and offered to change sheets/ towels after a few days. It really had everything we needed. The walk into Agnes Water town was a little longer than we anticipated, 20-30 mins depending on the individual but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were out and about all day. The area is very peaceful and relaxing with easy access to the beach.

Fabulous place to stay, easy access to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and cafes. 1770 is a lovely spot to visit and the views are fabulous, the sunset was spectacular. Our accommodation included a full kitchen and laundry which made our stay particularly relaxing.

The apartment was exceptionally large and had every facility. Bigger than we expected. Perfect for our 6 day stay. It had everything anyone could need. Very easy to take the lift from the carpark to our room. Bed very comfortable. Had two pools which we could walk to from our back gate and deck. Had a great BBQ on the back deck plus 2 tables and chairs. Could walk to the beach 200m away. Exceptional. Highly recommended, especially for what we considered a low rate.

Air conditioner was not working from day one. Did contact reception but was told don't know much about this but we are just looking after the place. Renos not kept up to date. Shower head need to be replaced. Did notice these same comments in previous reviews. No upkeep being done. Needs good makeover. They are always apologetic but reluctant to improve.

Quality and roomy facilities. Everything you need is provided. Spa bath is massive. The staff are super friendly and helpful at all times. Would definitely come here again and recommend to friends.

This beachfront resort has water views and is walk out onto a lovely beach. The rooms and facilities are excellent . Rooms spacious clean and netflix for night or rainy days. Lovely big pool area with large lounges to lie around and chill on Rooms are self contained very roomy. We were given a 3 bedroom apartment so it would be perfect for a larger family. Furnishings modern and the resort feels brand new. Agnes waters has plenty of shops including a baker and IGA.for supplies Walked up the road for dinner to a lovely resort restaurant . WE were surprised how good this place is for what we paid it is very good value. We checked in late which was no problem as keys left in security box at reception. Perfect base for a few days to check whats around here or longer if after a big roomy apartment.

Can't log in the wifi as it needs a password, I couldn't get the password because I'm staying in a apartment owners apartment. Staff is super friendly but the wifi should be open. I also read some reviews on the wifi and it said that it has been improved.

Two bedroom apartment we huge kitchen lounge dining area fantastic bathroom and two balconies. Very clean close to the beach. Staff were friendly and premises very clean. Would book again for a longer stay. Great parking undercover great beach
