For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced) lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 13 m, depth 10 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Table tennis, boccia, volleyball. In the complex: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop 20 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery, pedestrian zone 20 m, bicycle rental 50 m, bus stop "Mail de Rochelongue" 350 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (27 hole) 1.4 km, tennis 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 2 km, Ile des Loisirs 2.2 km. 2-room apartment 34 m2 on 4th floor. Bright, fully renovated in 2016: living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 8 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 364 (roofed). Die Wohnung reicht gut für zwei Personen. Hat sogar Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Küche und Bad relativ neu. Gemütlicher Balkon mit Meersicht. Bett ist eher klein und Matratze alt. Wohnung und Geschirr leider nicht restlos sauber.

Excellent location. For the price we paid, we expected better cleanliness. The flow of the clogged shower (we had to unblock ourselves). The kitchen hood very dirty (it was dripping with oil). Extremely used salad servers. The salty oven. The rack complet

Very pleasant apartment and location, beautiful view of the beach. Clean and functional apartment. Big downside that spoiled the stay a bit: our parking space was occupied by another vehicle. We reported it, response from vehicle owner Agreed with owner.

Rental very well located, well equipped except for the sofa bed in the living room which is very uncomfortable and very difficult to handle. Swimming pool of the residence very well maintained and immediate access to the beach, ideal with children.
