Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden 55 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers. Pergola (15 m2), parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 900 m, railway station 12 km, sandy beach "Agay" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Dramont 3 km, Fréjus 13 km, Cannes 30 km, Saint-Tropez 50 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 10 m, Sentier du Littoral 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus. 4-room house 83 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm), TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace.
