Restaurant service is very hygienic and taste good. Good Food service in restaurant guys @shanti and his teammates. Housekeeping is very good,rooms are new. Very close to airport.Professional experience in Agartala . Need to improve internet coverage around all areas of the property

Few small things need to be taken care of, else its a damn good one. The front office during my stay has been fast, efficient. Room service is okay, can be faster while house keeping does a fair job. Some of the food items are yummy but unnecessarily expensive and especially at a tiny city like Agartala. A cup of tea costs Rs 104 which is exorbitant. Kaushik at front office is very co-operative and nice professional. Location is good as its hardly 1.5 kms from airport but cut off from main city. Beds are cosy, bathrooms are good and super clean.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.

Great experience it was...staff members are very polite & well mannered ... food was so good ... me & my family are so satisfied ... if any one looking for good food in a decent place then hotel airdrop is a perfect choice for you...all staff members r very helpful.

We 5 friends for a lunch went to the restaurant and had a wonderful lunch. Jewel served us the yammy food. Now we are planning for a day with our family. From my side its a must go place and food is also awesome

All things nice. Service is excellent and room size is also good. Food quality/service and ontime delivery. Ambiance is great. I suggest once u Visit Agartala, must stay at Airdrop. U can enjoy the lily pool too.
