工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。 特別感謝 Azedine，他幫助我組織衝浪課程或馬拉喀什之旅或尋找參加烹飪課程的機會。 飯店的位置非常適合想住在飯店的人，因為您就在海灘上。大多數客人都是家庭或老年人。如果您想步行到 Taghazout 也是可以的，但大約需要 45 分鐘。 游泳池沒有加熱，這使得它們不太令人愉快，因為水真的很冷。 早餐種類很多，但人太多，有時甚至沒有補充食物。 房間寬敞乾淨。 我不太喜歡的是現場音樂，大部分每晚都會播放西班牙或拉丁美洲音樂。為了這個來到摩洛哥感覺不太真實。我寧願在那裡聽摩洛哥音樂。 但總的來說，這家酒店很好，工作人員也很好。

This is a scam ! We were scammed of our money until now . The receptionist named Hajar has refused to let us check in me and my girlfriend due to law and regulations that goes like “ if couple don’t have marriage certificate then they cannot let you in “ the Moroccan law has changed this matter and regardless of this they didn’t let us get in . Me and my girlfriend we understood and the hotel promised to get us a refund . For two months now we speak to trip.com for our refund and nothing has happened , we spoke to hilton.com and nothing happened . We are going to take legal actions against these scammers , the is action isn’t supposed to be expected from 5star hotel . Everybody from the reception to the bartenders they give you the sedation that you have to tip them . They made feel sure that once we process the refund they will accept it , so we left without worrying to deal with it . I am extremely angry and disappointed about this . It is almost 150 usd of our hard earned money that I swear I will get it back no matter what ! Liars , scammers , never will stay at Hilton ever again !
