Located in the heart of Downtown Adrian, this newly renovated space can easily accommodate 6 guests (2 Queens, 1 Queen Sleeper sofa).
This historical loft features easy self-check in with a private keypad entrance and free parking directly across the street. Enjoy short walks to all that Downtown Adrian has to offer with all the amenities of a hotel room and more.
Short walk to the Croswell Opera House, Chaloner's Cigar Bar, the Adrian Armory Event Center, and easy access to downtown events and festivals. 1.3 miles from Adrian College, 1.5 miles from Siena Heights University.
You'll have full access to the 1150+ Square foot second floor of 120 S. Winter St. A keypad dead bolt code will be provided for street level access.
The property owner runs a business immediately next door and is present from 9am - 4pm nearly every day, and can be contacted after hours via text if any issues arise!About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great little gem in downtown Adrian
The loft was perfect for our stay for Adrian College graduation. Plenty of space to stretch out. Very clean and loved the little details acknowledging the history of the building! The host was wonderful, too! Thank you!

Beautiful Accommodations
This property and host are literally one of the best that I’ve ever encountered. The property is exactly as pictured (which doesn’t do it justice) and the host is top tier. I highly recommend it.

Charming Character

Excellent, cool, CLEAN
While looking for something for a college visit, I happened upon The Loft. Owner was super easy to communicate with and The Loft turned out to be a perfect place to stay! Super clean, 2 bedrooms (so privacy while traveling with a teen). Very nicely equipped bathroom, lots of towels, such nice bed linens we asked where they were from. Loads of character, mini fridge, coffee maker and restaurants within easy walking distance. You’ll enjoy your stay!

This loft was AMAZING! It had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed by the space and the attention to detail. Many restaurants within walking distance and close to Adrian College campus. Will definitely stay here again.
