How these kind of people could be employed to work in the service industry, boggles my mind. The absolute indifference of NOT EVEN doing the minimum, that is expected from the employed "manager" and "housekeeping"- staff is the shocking part. NOT even the towels were changed DAILY! The shower gel was NOT automatically replenished daily, by housekeeping. I had to ask the manager for shower gel after a day, to get 5 days provisions(which we then kept it in the wardrobe). Maybe he thought 2 sachets of gel would last a week; too pathetic for words! The 1 Bottle of mineral water ( we were 2 guests), that was complimentary was not replenished either on any of the 6 day stay, Mon-Sun. The bed on arrival by the way was made with 1 duvet and one pillow. I asked the manager, we are 2 people. He sorted that out, 3 cheers for him.
