皇家花園別墅及水療(Royal Garden Villas, Luxury Hotel)

Desde que hemos llegado parece un sueño. Villa Sol, fabulosa, Fiona y su equipo merecen un 10 cuidan todos los detalles. Atención exquisita, cuidado y atención del personal desde que llegas atención impecable, cenamos en restaurante Jardin, espectacular, desayuno fantástico, el spa maravilloso. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles de 5* pero este se merecería una sexta. No nos queremos ir!!!

Recalcar el servicio de Spa junto con los tratamientos que ofertan. Inmejorable trato. Todo está muy cuidado y pensado para poder desconectar y relaj****. Combinándolo con los cócteles que se preparan en la zona de la piscina común, es una de las experiencias que recomendaría a todo el mundo. El personal de recepción están siempre atentos de cualquier necesidad que puedas tener, proponiendo opciones que siempre hacen que la experiencia allí sea maravillosa.

太棒了，我不得不清理我的旅遊顧問帳戶。我們去過歐洲、美國和加勒比地區的各種五星級度假村，你期望的標準非常高，所以我通常不會發表評論。然而，當您遇到一家出色的酒店時，我認為我為這家別墅酒店添加了已經很棒的評論，這是公平和正確的。我們通常會前往加勒比海過聖誕節，但今年想避免長途飛行，因此經過大量研究後，我們前往特內裡費島和皇家花園別墅，我們很高興我們做到了。從我們走進亞洲風格的大門並環顧四周的那一刻起，我們就給我們留下了深刻的印象，裝飾（包括精美的聖誕裝飾品）、清潔度、前台工作人員都非常出色。走道、裝飾、水療區和我們自己的門別墅就像一座熱帶天堂，提供相符的現場服務。工作人員、食物、餐廳都非常好。每天早上的早餐都是令人愉快的，工作人員和酒店經理 Fiona 為每位客人做出了特別的努力，以確保他們的假期盡可能特別。除夕夜的晚會非常有趣，有很棒的音樂娛樂，而且食物的標準也很高。我們很挑剔，但我想不出對特內裡費島的這片天堂有什麼改進。皇家花園別墅的所有人都做得很好。

As many have already said, this is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Tenerife with the family. We had a 2 bed princess villa near the top end of the building - quality place, really love the pool/patio area. If you’re staying more than a weekend you probably will need to do some grocery shopping - luckily there’s a Lidl and Aldi a short taxi ride away. Staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive, whilst the manager Fiona has rightfully earned many plaudits. We visited the Royal River sister hotel next door (around twice the number of villas and built in 2020, dearer also) and enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and river swim - the spa and gym are larger but the steam room was not as hot or steamy as ours in RGV ! - they do have a sauna though which RGV doesn’t. The gym room is small but actually perfectly adequate, though the multi gym probably needs upgrade or service. In room dining is pretty good but of course it ain’t cheap. You get a good night’s sleep as RGV is out of the way from La Caleta village. A walk down to La Caleta took us 20 minutes but that was via the shortcut (down through the scrubland) which I don’t recommend if you have any kind of mobility or fitness issues - it’s a 7 Euro taxi back from there, you queue up near the Corales suites across from the big pizza restaurant. We also did the whale-watching trip with Montecristo (very good), Siam waterpark (also good) and used the driving range at the excellent golf course adjacent to the RGV. I should say that there is a large construction project next to the top end of the building which is going to continue for a good while, but for the most part we didn’t find it intrusive or noisy. Happy to recommend this place and we hope to return next year.

Hemos pasado unos días realmente especiales y maravillosos en el Royal Garden Villas en familia. Empezamos la semana con una cena Al fresco espectacular al aire libre disfrutando de las estrellas y de buena música en directo. Los desayunos son muy especiales en el restaurante Jardín, donde la directora del hotel, Fiona, nos ha hecho sentir muy especiales con su recibimiento y trato con nosotros. Cada noche la cena en el restaurante Jardín fue una experiencia totalmente grata e ilusionante, sobre todo por su espectacular steak tartar, que lo pedía todos los días, y mi mujer que es vegetariana se ha quedado enamorada de la crema de millo y de el puerro. El Royal Garden Villas es muy recomendable. Muchas gracias a todo el personal y a Fiona Mc Andrew la directora del hotel por su excelente trato. Volveremos

Wat een geweldig luxe en sfeervol kleinschalig hotel. Op en top service op de klant gericht. We zijn vorig jaar bij de buren geweest (Royal river) en wilden heel graag deze beleving ook met onze kids (4 en 6 jaar) delen. Dat kan gelukkig bij Royal Garden aangezien Royal River adults only is. Restaurant is zeer goed en zwembad heerlijk verwarmt en rustig. Nog nooit een villa met hotel service medewerker mogen huren wat zo high end is afgewerkt. Kortom: hier komen we terug en de standaard voor andere vakanties is hoog gelegd bij deze ;)

La villa duquesa en la que estuvimos era preciosa, perfecta para una pareja. Me encantó la atención de todo el personal, en especial Jaime, nos sugirió varios lugares para visitar y fue super agradable. En cuanto a la piscina privada, me pareció bien, aunque muy muy pequeña, como un mini jacuzzi. La privacidad de la villa es buena, no se puede ver facilmente a los huespedes de la villa de al lado (punto positivo). Un punto negativo de las villas duquesa, al menos la mia, es que da el sol muy poco tiempo al día, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar mucho del jardin y la piscina en condiciones.

Las villas son preciosas, íntimas y con todos los detalles , pero lo que hace singular el establecimiento es la calidad humana y el cariño con que hacen su trabajo. El desayuno es muy variado pero si quieres algo especial te lo hacen al momento. También solicitamos algún servicio para la habitación y al segundo lo teníamos. Son un lujo real. Muchas gracias.
