Terrible customer support terrible rude employee I was very unhappy

This property is disgusting! I will never again stay here or recommend anyone stay here. The bedding is stained, beds are old, room smells of oversized outdoor dogs, the kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors really was icing on top. You feel dirty when you leave!!! I have absolutely nothing nice to say about my stay here.

The whole point of me getting a room for the weekend was to enjoy the pool. At check in I asked the front desk was the pool open, he said yes til 10. I went up to my room, my room was surrounded by the pool but I noticed no one was in the pool and the pool was green in color. Went down, there was a sign that read closed til further notice. The fact that I asked beforehand was very disappointing I would have never stayed had I knew I couldn’t use the pool. I mean i paid almost 100 per night so all the amenities should have been in good working condition or at least discounted if not available.

I liked the breakfast, I did not like that we had to walk all the way around just to get to our room because only one elevator worked. The room looked like it had two full size beds not queens but other than that it was a cool place to stay.

Un hotel muy limpio y comodo con un excelente servicio y muy buena ubicación.

Personal amable, cuarto amplio y camas cómodas, buena limpieza en el cuarto.

Todo limpio y en orden
