我們在酒店找到了整個團隊的優秀待遇,只有餐廳裏有些人除了叫泰迪的人之外沒有迴應我們的要求。他是一個非常棒的人,是幫我們做一切的那個人,真的是一個特別的人,還有,我們不會忘記兩個人給我們的,酒店經理Nati,客房經理Teddy。我們對他們對我們的服務真的很開心謝謝餐廳Teddy🌹謝謝,Nati🌹謝謝,Teddy,客房經理🌹

員工服務員等比較禮貌，見麪都會先問好，自助餐比較適合中國人，房間設施也比較好，在國外屬於性價比很高的酒店了，裏面還是中國插頭，推薦入住。

我在酒店住了2天,真的很享受我的住宿。由於這是我第一次在亞的斯,我發現他們的機場接機很方便。酒店地理位置優越,因爲它在市中心。房間寬敞,乾淨,維護得很好。酒店工作人員熱情友好。食物很棒,下午有自助餐選擇。喜歡恆溫游泳池,蒸汽和桑拿,都是免費給客人。性價比很高。用Visa卡支付住宿和餐費,我一定會回來的。

新酒店 還比較乾淨 在路邊比較吵 . 設施俱全 ， 前台服務人員態度很好. 最差的是中餐， 負一層的中餐館人非常少 且不說味道如何， 食材是真不新鮮啊 魚腥的不知道是放了多久才做的 早餐中餐還有東西吃 土豆絲很地道 推薦吃自助吧

能看出這是一個有歷史的酒店，能看出當年的輝煌，現在設施比較陳舊。如果住高層的樓還好一點，住的側樓，環境和設施就差很多。早餐很豐富，做的很可口。晚餐自助，不含酒水飲料價格，價格40美金，東西不多，還沒有早餐豐富。酒店大堂，有喝傳統埃塞咖啡的地方，一層有很多商店，酒店健身設施齊全，健身房，網球，籃球，等多種場地。很多外麪的人來健身。

I'd like to give this establishment the highest recommendation and thank reception staff for their friendly and warm-hearted assistance when dealing with my many requests. Reception staff went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were superbly dealt with in a professional manner. The hotel is located in a secure area of Addis and security staff watch your back in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel features an excellent gym and provides 24 hour room service. The highest compliment I can pay is to say I'd definitely like to return.

The staff is exceptional and pleasant and the hotel is very secure. Having 2 choices on site for dining was great! Also enjoyed having a place to just lounge around while having a drink and conversation with friends.

Stayed for 20 days in this Apartment hotel. Apartment has all facilities(fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa/dining table). Fitness center(Gym) is also good. Special mention to Gym Trainer YARED, he guide me with best workout technique. Staff here is well groomed and take special care of guests.
