Due to technicians being called for a third time in a week to fix a faulty safe, which had to be replaced, the room service meal went cold and when the hotel called my room to enquire whether everything was OK, they were non-responsive to the fact that my dinner was cold. At the very least I would have appreciated it being re-heated. Also, the safe that was faulty should have been replaced from the outset and I should not have had to call technicians three times, of which one occasion was as I was leaving and had a driver waiting for me, to have my safe opened so I could retrieve documents. I do want to add, that the room service staff, were fantastic throughout my two week stay and should be commended for providing an excellent and hospitable environment for guests.
