From check in, asking if I wanted to pay an extra $50 per night for an exclusive bar to the service charge in the lobby. To treating me weird when I bought a bottle of vodka from the bar (at ridiculous price) and returned it the next day to the bar because they put a label it saying I bought in there. But initially refused my entry but let me finally after convincing them. Why did they put the label on it . Seemed like the place was a money grabbing pot for wealthy people. Nice? Yes well it should be for that prices But I felt the hotel was greedy. Also one of the main reasons why I stayed here was because of the night club. Which was shut. Didn’t particularly like the office bar bands. The restaurants were Indian and Italian for heaven sake this is Ethiopia why would I want that?

Hotel is nice, clean and service is generally good. Bed is very comfy compared to other hotels and it has a nice pool although it’s not geo heated and cold ;-) The exec lounge was good but I found the service a bit hot and miss in the mornings and evenings, the staff were nice but they need to be more out of the back kitchen and in the lounge being attentive imho. The food quality I had from room service wasn’t great to be honest but could have been my choices. I’d definitely stay there again
