7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City's beautiful East Bay this condo is right on the water! Enjoy beautiful views of the bay from the living room, bedroom and private front patio. Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of private sandy beach frontage or rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle board. Unfortunatelyyou do not have access to the Beach Club poor pr chairs. I will provide chairs and beach towels upon request.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect place for us! The condo is easy to utilize and a perfect spot on the property. Kitchen had everything we needed. Aprille was super to work with!

Perfect Location!
Property was right on the water with a beautiful view. Clean and very quiet. It had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. The property manager was very responsive and helpful answering our questions. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. We’ll be staying here again!

Best bang for the buck
We had all the space we needed as we were out and about most of the time. Beautiful view and very quiet. Not sure if that was because we stayed during a winter month or not. Would definitely stay here again!
