房間基礎設施和衞生都不錯！但房間沒有訂房時説的這麼大。

I booked this Aparthotel for my Dad and it was brilliant. Fantastic attention to detail and very clean. The only thing I’d say can be better is customer service. We had to wait a long time before getting the key although booking in advance. As a world traveler, this gap was very notable and one that can be easily addressed. It’s however a great place to stay.

First room we stayed was much better. In second time we had issues with odor in the house. Still a good location and pretty cheap compared to the other places

Poor customer service and poor management. Employees need additional trainings. I booked for a night and I was denied access to the WiFi. I couldn’t call or access the internet. I had to book another hotel then next day. They were not willing to help or care about what service I received. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

It was a beautiful, peaceful and very clean environment. Please ensure to pay in dollars if you can as the exchange rate in cedis awas quite over the market price. But the comfort of the environment made up for the difference.

Pretty Good
I have stayed at The Lennox several times and I generally like the place. There are just a few little things that could be done to improve things:
There is only the Elm Cafe available for food / drink. It would be good to have some take away ordering system for visitors.
The wifi data ran out while I was there. Luckily I had my own source.
When you arrive it would be good to have some bottled water for guests.
There are no lamps so you either have all the lights on or nothing at all. (There is a lamp in a cupboard but not sure if it worked).
I am nt sure if this was a building or an apartment issue but the DSTV hardly worked during my stay.
The apartment was only cleaned once during my 3 days.
I would prefer a slightly bigger desk to work from (but I understand this is a personal preference).

The receptionist made me aware I have to contact the agent in case I need anything. It baffled me to hear this. Someone knocked the door to wake me up. This upset me. Generally the property is excellent.
