This was one of our go to places for the day when I owned a villa in Acapulco, and always had a great time. Snorkeling, great restaurant and great service. Really miss those days. That was years ago before they remodeled it by new owners. Ah great memories.

FYI, This hotel is closed and up for sale since early 2022. It’s on a private road with a manned security guard checkpoint. Was owned by Uniq Hotels, a cool boutique hotel group in Mexico. They spent a mint to renovate Boca Chica in 2014-15, but gave up on the property after just a couple of years. There is an interesting real estate video on YouTube walking through the property. My guess is that part of Acapulco is mostly for middle class Mexican tourists and locals. Might not have been the right spot for and upscale boutique hotel.

Hoteles Boca chica Acapulco Fue un lugar que siempre visite con mi familia y nos encanta hace como 3 años fui y aun estaba abierto, de verdad espero sea reabierto y con el mismo estilo de siempre, por favor por favor por favor Elena Juárez
