The Harbour Club

Dopo essere stati lo scorso anno io e la mia famiglia siamo ritornati con molto piacere in questo bellissimo e tranquillissimo hotel. Anche quest'anno siamo stati coccolati e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Pur avendo meno stelle rispetto ad altri posti più pomposi e blasonati offre tutti i servizi importanti. La cordialita', la gentilezza e la disponibilità a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente sono altre qualità che contraddistinguono questo incantevole posto. La posizione è strategica perché l'hotel è situato al centro del paese. Speriamo di ritornarci quanto prima. Un grazie a tutto lo staff!!!

Nous avons eu l’appartement 23 situé au dernier niveau avec un seul voisin possible donc situation idéale pour ne pas être dérangé par des voisins bruyants. Le logement est bien équipé (deux chambres grandes avec des penderies et deux bons lits.) la cuisine est bien equipée et spacieuse. La salle de bain est top aussi. le seul point negatif : il n´y a pas de machine a laver .. et le wifi n´est pas toujours au top

Nos comunican al llegar al hotel que las sábanas de la habitación no se cambian salvo a la semana de la estancia, por tanto, si te quedas 6 días vas q tener que dormir con las mismas sabanas. Por si fuera poco, lo mismo pasa con las toallas, nos comunican que son de uso para una semana, por tanto, que no las usáramos todas de golpe y que se nos dejaba una de repuesto (cosa que no fue así). En las habitaciones hace mucho calor y el ventilador de techo poco más que suelto. No obstante, al llegar al check-in nos dice el señor de la recepción que tenemos que dejar una fianza de 150€, la cual “supuestamente” se nos había comunicado en la reserva (cosa que no fue así) y, encima, tenía que ser en efectivo.. vamos, como si fuera esto un hotel de última gama. Sinceramente pésimo todo y para no repetir. Poca comodidad, sin ascensor, escaleras, tener que cruzar una carretera para poder acceder a la piscina y muchos más peros.

W ate at the Harbour Club Restaurant on our last evening, Great service, friendly owner and wait staff, Canarian waiter very funny, Claire the waitress/historian very attentive. Food was good as was the service. Will come here again next time we are out.

I stayed here over Easter. I was really happy. Our room was in Tier2 which is up the hill. Our view from the patio was great. Apartment was clean and functional. The walk up the hill to the apartment does not get any easier, however i need the exercise. All the staff at the resort were very pleasant. I had no problem with the pool bar service. Made to feel welcome, attentive service and reasonable happy hour between 4.15 & 5.15. Lots of bars and restaurants with walking distance. It is worth taking a walk down to the harbour. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

Absolutely dreadful Staff in the pool bar so slow and unfriendly so annoyed at us waited 1horf for an order of microwaved tortilla 2 slices had dinner that night in the wine bar which is separate to the pool bar THE Rudest staff by far This is your job people if you don’t want to be there don’t do it ! Apartments are disgusting no air con and NO cleaning we had no clean towels for 4 days what a joke Never go here

The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The apartment was spotless and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and have everything you could want. The pool area and pool is very clean and comfortable. The communal areas are kept well maintained. The views are spectacular. Both the daytime cafe area and nightime restaurant and entertainment are not owned by harbour club but are excellent. Los Gigantes is a lovely village with exceptional bars and restaurants. Everything is quiet after about 11 pm. Thank you harbour club for a lovely holiday.

We stayed at the Harbour Club after Christmas through the first week of January. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our patio and the location was very quiet at night. It was easy to get around either by foot to the town below or to the highway to explore the rest of Tenerife. Unit size was very nice, but the sofa and bed could use some updating and the pillows were not very good. There is no AC in the unit, but the temperatures were so nice that it was not an issue.

Ding food, awful singer, expensive drinks. Not much more to say, wouldn’t even ask my worst enemy to go. I’m sure it could be better but our experience was very poor. Didn’t stay long, once the singer droned through the second Carpenters song it was time to go.
