前台個別人員服務意識糟糕,請大家在預訂接駁車服務時注意備份好書面確認。PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION WHEN YOU RESERVE THE SHUTTLE BUS WITH THE HOTEL FRONT DESK! The overall experience of the stay was quite comfortable and amazing for the fantastic view. But the service of the front desk should be improved. A male Japanese staff(let’s keep him anonymous for his privacy) had no empathy or sense of service when rechecking shuttle bus name list. We have booked and scheduled the hotel shuttle bus 1day ahead of time, but were told no reservation on the day of departure. The male staff was impatient and reluctant to double check the mistake even I clarified the staff name who scheduled the bus for our family. 😤On the contrary, the shuttle bus driver was quite thoughtful and made extra seats for us to arrive the station in time! For HOTEL MANAGEMENT of TOYA KANKO HOTEL, it is highly recommended to provide paper receipts of the shuttle bus to prevent such bad experiences in the future. And please make sure your front desk staffs are well trained for basic service manner and emergency procedures. It could cost both your money and reputation if similar cases keep happening on your guests. Finally, thanks again for the shuttle bus driver, you represented the spirit and real service quality of the country.👍🏻
