Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abuja

It was a great location and services offered were great. Facilities however left a lot to be desired. Toilet seat broken, etc. This is a place I absolutely love to stay anytime I’m in Abuja and I hope they can keep and maintain their standards to a higher level.

Beautifully organized hotel with genuinely friendly helpful staff and very secure with quiet rooms. Rooms are well equipped but with no desks so not very suitable for long stay businessmen who need to work from their rooms. Everything works and there is a microwave and a fridge. Nice bedside light but it had no switch - it only operated from a plug. The breakfast buffet was good with a fair variety but NO bacon. The restaurant is not open in the evenings but an excellent meal can be delivered to the rooms. No alcohol is on the menu but management will bring it in from outside on request. Security is very good BUT, one cannot take the stairs to your floor should you seek to get exercise this way! Use the pool instead.

My stay was a brief one, I hope to visit soon. However, make the use of shower more understandable. Improve also in service delivery, the property in the suite was very helpful, I was pleased to use the microwave to warm up my dinner.

A good place to lodge, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the security is on point, the environment is clean, and the rooms are spacious and conducive. I enjoyed the food too the customer care too was okay.

A warm and cosy place to be clean rooms good service 👌 nice complementary breakfast i have been a regular guest for over 13yrs and the place is still clean as new they keep upgrading their services any time I come back honestly the location too it's perfect city central close to Sahad

The water system works pretty well The ambience is homely Healthy breakfast buffet was served Spacious room and good lighting Good reception at the front-desk Prompt response from the Wyndham Rewards team Visited at time the Hawthorn staff were engaging in an end-of-year party. Good work life balance
