• Al Kout Beach Hotel, embraces the Arabic culture in a modern Arabic interior design and in welcoming Arabic tradition of making you feel at home. All the AL Kout Staff l I came in contact with during my stay was extremely helpful and friendly, even the security guys. The room was very spacious and very clean. There are two pools one inside and the other outside. I used the outdoor the pool, again very clean and even with lots of children the lifeguards were very responsive in making sure the children were safe. The beach area is small, but the day I was there the area was roped off because the waves were crashing so furiously against the rocks and stairs leading to the beach area. My package included breakfast. Breakfast buffet had good selection and the staff was great (your coffee didn’t have to chance to get cold) Please Try the omelet I don’t what she did but it was so good. I didn’t feel like going out from the property for dinner, so had a steak for dinner at the Al Kout Restaurant the steak and vegetables were cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced. After dinner I moved over to at the Al Seif Cafe as suggestion of the waiter, what a wonderful treat the Terraces is just feet from the ocean so relaxing sitting in the moon light listen to the ocean. Thank you Al Kout for a wonderful staycation

Went with the family for lunch the place was like a ghost town noone there to point you in the right direction the restaurants were staffed but they didn't want to serve you and the food selection was very poor, not sure why would anyone go here and the prices is ridiculous better go to the Hilton or one of the other Hotels suggestions would be if you are going to charge that much Train your staff and update your restaurant or price them accordingly for what you get...which compared to your competition is not 5 Star trea**ent or quality

Amazing staff! Amazing hotel, it was so clean, and it had a beautiful view. The staff were so welcoming, felt like home. The FOOD!!! The food was soooo good!! Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve tried!!

The staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive people. We liked proximity of the sea, the rooftop was nice. There is pool inside and outside. The breakfast is good.service staff so nice especially Mr. Ravi he is so polite and doing well job so active, so professional thank you Mr. Ravi . Will visit again

Had a lovely time in the hotel. Angela on reception was so helpful as were all The staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very Clean and well stocked. Young Ravi in the cafe was so nice and he will excel In his career in the future. The hotel food was also good. Would definitely recommend And hope to return one day.

I have been to this hotel for leisure stay for a couple if days The property is really good with a nice little private beach. The rooms are nice ,comfy and clean. We had a side view from the beach with the sea visible far away. I liked that they have a Large 55-50 inch smart tv in the rooms. When u just want to spend some time in the room while avoiding the scorching heat in the afternoon.(my phone and smart watch switched off after spending 15-20 mins outside by the beach due to overheating) The beach is nice and clean. Watchout for the small rocks and slippery boulder underwater. The hotel provides complimentary protective shoes to use in the beach. Couple of float vests for children(3-6 yrs old)are also available. Dont miss the sunrise from the beach its breathtaking. The beach side cafe is good and nice tents and outside seating arrangements. The restaurant inside the hotel is gud as well and offers a good selection to dine. They have two pools one for adults on the third floor which is indoor along with a small gym. The other is on the top floor 4b only for kids . Whats not good that i felt during my stay. 1. The kids swimming pool on the top and for adults at a different floor is actually inconvenient . Ended up taking my kid to the beach. 2. Getting my room cleaned took me literally 24 hours. Spoke at the reception 5 times and couple of unattended calls to the reception. Had to make sure the cleaning staff are at my room to start the cleaning. No complimentary water was given for that day unless asked for a couple of times. The hotel rooms facing the road as i understand is for quaratined travellers.
