Я давно хотела поехать на саадиат. Выбрала Saadiat Rotana для поездки с семьей и осталось Мега довольна. Нас окутали вниманием и заботой с порога. Встретили, проводили на диван, все рассказали, объяснили. Во многих, даже очень дорогих отелях, чувствуешь себя неуместным и ненужным с порога. А тут такого нет! Я никогда не сталкивалась с таким душевным отношением персонала. Особенно хочу выделить менеджера- Нурлана. Он просто замечательный. Увидев, что мы с грудным ребенком, он помог нам заселится раньше. И даже во время отдыха, я обращалась к нему с вопросами и он всегда помогал, никогда не игнорировал мои просьбы. Касательно остальных плюсов отеля, + это конечно же пляж, идеальное море. Многие писали в отзыве, что нет дорожек для колясок. У меня не возникало с этим проблем, сотрудники даже без моей просьбы подходили и помогали с коляской. Передвигали зонт, чтобы укрыть тенью малыша. + Рестораны Аля карт, это вообще отдельная песня. Мы объелись мясом на несколько месяцев вперед! Даже дети малоежки уплетали все! Шведский стол был изобильным, но много индийской кухни. Но и тут отзывчивые повара идут навстречу и готовят, подают по просьбе блюда без специй И так далее. + Никогда нет проблем с лежаками, даже у бассейна. Спасатели помогали с детьми, если я оставалась с ними наедине. + Уборка в номерах 2 раза в день + детский клуб весьма обширный и интересный. Старший ребенок мог находится там весь день бесплатно, младшая только со мной с 5-8 вечера Но ей хватало вечерами час поиграть, перед ужином. Рекомендую бронировать сьюит, тогда в вашем распоряжении будут Кабаны на пляже и отдельная зона у бассейна Спасибо Saadiat Rotana и Нурлан за наш крутой отдых!

For many months I have been staying at the BR Residences The BRR facilities are excellent. They are always kept very clean and well maintained. As per my previous BRR reviews, its very best assets are the excellent staff! All teams are exceptional and dedicated. Many staff contribute positively to the overall experience, so it is impossible to name-check everyone. Some special thanks to: CONCIERGE - Sampath, Shankar, Talal, Faizan are all very attentive to guests FRONT DESK - Camille, Selah, Aeshan are all very welcoming, helpful and professional LEISURE - Mowafak (Recreational Director) - friendly, energetic, great attention to detail, great public persona GARDEN RESTAURANT - Darlima - an absolute delight, cheery and so hard working GYMS - Hasha, Anna, Liberty, Lorie all very welcoming G/F COFFEE SHOP - Dhurba, Thein (both so friendly) BEACH - Rassika always greets everyone and helps out his colleagues, very hard working SALES - Hazel is very professional and courteous However, my continuing gratitude to ALL of the staff - each is a credit to the Rotana brand.

The staff were very welcoming and maintained a very good service throughout our stay. In particular we taken back by how attentive and kind the staff were with our young son. The staff around the pool were proactive at all times, nothing was ever a chore. They engaged in friendly conversation to ensure your needs are taken care of, Samroj in particular. Rana who looked after our room was always ensuring the times to clean were appropriate, he was very professional in his approach. Rana always wanted to engage in conversation when appropriate and he was a credit to the hotel. The food was very good across the restaurants, Turtle Bay in particular was our favourite offering a variety of high end dinning dishes. Laith and his staff at The Sama lounge were excellent. Laith gave us a great insight to the culture and things to do whilst visiting Abu Dhabi. A super spot to relax after dinner with authentic tea or coffee. My Mom and I spent 5 nights at Saadiyat Rotana Resort and we can’t wait to go back. It is an ideal 5 - star property built in a modern Arabic style with the large heated pool, gym, sauna, a spa and nestled on the Arabian gulf. Everything here is geared towards a luxury vacation from the fresh scent as you enter the lobby, the cup of Arabic coffee with dates upon arrival, the turquoise water with the bright white sand on the horizon to the smiles and care of the amazing staff. Beyond all the beauty of the resort, the staff at Saadiyat Rotana Resort is a real treasure. The staff that cares, understands the needs of the guests and goes above and beyond. Dildar and the concierge team (Brent and Saad) took great care of us. Dildar provided great options of places to visit in Abu Dhabi. We really enjoyed the cultural experience and got to visit all the main sites. Dildar arranged for all transportation services for us and helped us with the heavy bags when we returned from the day of shopping. We felt so special and felt like we were part of the Saadiyat Rotana Resort family. Rotana Club Lounge Staff is out of this world - Zuura, Nestan, Komlan, Kristina, Ann-Mee. Zuura was the hostess at the Rotana Club lounge the morning we overslept and missed breakfast. We took a chance showing up at the lounge after 11 am hoping to start the day with a cup of delicious cappuccino. Zuura greeted us with a big smile and made sure we did not leave without a delicious cappuccino and cookies. She inquired about our stay and made sure we had the best experience. Zuura saved the day with her professionalism and positive energy. Komlan is always welcoming and friendly. He provides excellent service, genuinely inquires about your day and understands the needs of the guests. We really enjoyed his company and service. Kristina is always greeting guests with the smile, she is checking in on the guests, holding doors for guests who enjoy outdoor seating and makes the best tea. Ann- Mee is so nice and caring. One night it was getting chilly and Ann Mee offered us blankets so we could continue enjoying the evening under the stars. It was so sweet! We are beyond grateful for the unforgettable vacation and can’t wait to return to Saadiyat Rotana Resort again with the rest of the family! Iryna Mccloskey
